Jesse Jackson knows as much about business and economics as he does about the Bible. Fortunately for him, his faithful audience of listeners and believers is more ignorant than he.

See, Jesse, when we use the expression “a nation of laws”, what we mean to imply is that Americans are not subject to the whims of other men. Laws regulate the MEANS by which we live. A free Republic does not have the authority to regulate the END product. Law does not assume that the fastest runner in a race cheated, and that everyone else needs a head start.
Think of a rule book for any sport. Those rules apply to both teams in exactly the same way. If while operating under those rules, one team is able to score more points, should we assume that they cheated? Should we assume that they are “racist” against the other team?
Every team has it’s strengths and weaknesses. Every team must overcome it’s own weaknesses if it hopes to win the game, and not blame them on the other team.
As a matter of ‘Means and Ends’, Legal Justice limits our means, and Social Justice values the ends over any means.

Jessie F-ing Jackson is an Illinois resident, what exactly does he have to do with a train that was to run from Milwaukee to Madison? The people of Wisconsin spoke loud and clear when they elected Governor Walker that they didn’t want that stupid train or want to be saddled by the long term cost to maintain and operate. Governor Walker inherited a State budget deficit of $3.3 Billion dollars and turned it into a surplus, he did that without raising taxes, without cutting services and without laying off public workers.
I strongly suggest Mr. F-ing Jackson concentrate on the problems in Illinois where taxes are rising faster than an Apollo rocket launch, Illinois Governor just last week announced that 1000′s of public workers in that putrid State will be laid off.
Mind your own business and stay out of our affairs.

Back before there were so many automobiles, we had an incredible mass transit network in this country; between the urban networks and the interurban networks, you could travel from New York to Chicago by trolleycar, if you wanted to. That’s over and above the railroad system.
All of this mass transit was built with private money, and was run as for-profit enterprise. It has withered over the last 100 years because automobiles made much of it redundant.
But if mass transit is necessary, there should be a profit to be made. Certainly in New York, which has one of the best if not the best transit systems in the nation, there are areas where for-profit minibuses have attempted to pick up the slack—but they are prevented from operating, when they are detected, by a state-run transit system which will brook no competition.
If there is a genuine need for the increased transit that Jesse Jackson is talking about, then all that the government needs to do is get out of the way and grant franchises to the private companies that would be glad to provide the service. If there is no need, then the government is merely looking to spend money on something that will require endless subsidy.
Jesse has to make himself relevant to the Left. How else can he make a living?
I’m sure the contributions to his organization are down, so once again, like the good little media whore that he is, he finds a white man, better yet, a powerful Republican white man to attack. And problem solved.
It doesn’t matter what he says. It doesn’t matter how foolish it is… What matters is that he keeps his name in the news.
It is kind of amusing though……what does he propose Walker be charged with?

Since when did Rev, Hijackson become an expert on public transportation? I live in the NYC NJ metro area there is more than adequate public transportation for folks to get to jobs , if they want to work, and bus routes are added to accommodate new work places. What is not needed is more overpriced, wasteful, bloated, transportation projects like Ted Kennedy’s Big Dig, the ‘White Elephant’ which ended up costing 10 x the original guesstimate. As we can all see Rev Hijacxkson always projects a racial angle into his verbal diarrhea.

If Social Justice was applied to everything we do, then……
- All games would end in a tie. (to equalized accomplishment)
