I’m really starting to like this guy. A LOT!
Did I miss something or did one finally explain to Mr CaIN that there is an Islamic supremacist movement in America, throughout all EU Countries,the Philippines,Australia,and numerous African Countries that either takes the form of a stealth jihad, or the so-called outright lower jihad of terrorism. There is no tolerance in fundamental Islam, there is only the desire to destroy America in any way they can.

Every time I hear this man speak my respect for him grows.
Personally, I am very impressed with Mr. Cain. He has the intestinal fortitude to call out CAIR, and the Muslim Brotherhood. No more PC, just being a true American president!!
I worry for his safety because of being so out spoken about it, I am sure that the Muslims don’t want him to be around and possibly win, and follow through with what he has said.

I remember a landslide of promises made by Obama as well. There is no way of knowing that what you are voting for is what you are going to get. As long as lies and deception are accepted behavior from our elected officials we are in the dark and at their mercy. We need to be very careful in our selection and then demand integrity and honesty, nothing less. This mantra needs to be repeated, election after election until we finally have our country back. We’re in for a long battle.

One thing about this…Cain had better not back-down from this interview, he has no idea how many of us agree with him across this land….millions and millions of us want the Enemy Within GONE!

Amateur Hour: Herman Cain Apologizes to Muslim Brotherhood
Ryan Mauro reports at Pajamas that Herman Cain, still smarting from the backlash over his declaration that Americans should have the right to oppose the construction of mosques, has since visited a mosque and had so heartwarming an experience there that he has apologized. Trouble is, the leader of the mosque — and Cain’s guide on the tour — is Muslim Brotherhood.
Cain visited the All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) of Sterling, Virginia, which is led by Imam Mohamed Magid. Magid is president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which is a Brotherhood branch. The Brotherhood is, of course, all about the imposition of sharia law. This doesn’t seem to square with Cain’s stance as an opponent of sharia, but not to worry. Cain’s okay with that.
Here is the text of Cain’s statement following the visit:
I would like to thank Imam Mohamed Magid and the ADAMS Center for extending their hospitality to me this afternoon. We enjoyed heartfelt fellowship and thoughtful dialogue about how patriotic Americans of all faiths can work together to restore the American Dream.
While I stand by my opposition to the interference of shariah law into the American legal system, I remain humble and contrite for any statements I have made that might have caused offense to Muslim Americans and their friends. I am truly sorry for any comments that may have betrayed my commitment to the U.S. Constitution and the freedom of religion guaranteed by it. Muslims, like all Americans, have the right to practice their faith freely and peacefully.
As I expected, we discovered we have much more in common in our values and virtues. In my own life as a black youth growing up in the segregated South, I understand their frustration with stereotypes. Those in attendance, like most Muslim Americans, are peaceful Muslims and patriotic Americans whose good will is often drowned out by the reprehensible actions of jihadists.
I am encouraged by the bonds of friendship forged today at our meeting, and I look forward to continuing this very healthy dialogue. The relationship we established was so positive that the Imam has invited me back to speak to not only some of their youth, but also at one of their worship services.
Does this guy have a staff? Did anybody do any vetting at all? Did he have a clue who he was dealing with?
As Mauro points out, ISNA, the organization run by Cain’s new friend Magid, is “listed as an ‘unindicted co-conspirator’ in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The HLF had been found guilty of being a front for Hamas set up by the Muslim Brotherhood.” The Brotherhood itself includes ISNA on a list of its front organizations.
Magid’s predecessor at ISNA, Muzammil Siddiqi, is a vocal advocate of the imposition of sharia “in all areas.” He’s still on ISNA’s governing board. (Needless to say, Siddiqi is not a friend of the state of Israel. As he put it, “we shall be celebrating insh’allah the coming of Jersualem and the whole land of Palestine insh’allah and the establishment of the Islamic State throughout the area.”)
But that’s ISNA, you may be thinking. Perhaps ADAMS is as committed to the American concepts of pluralism, equal rights, and liberal democracy as you are. Maybe the mosque represents not Magid’s stealth pulpit but his shift toward the values that American culture actually represents.
Except that in 2008, ADAMS hosted speaker Luqman Abdullah at a fundraiser. Abdullah — an African-American formerly known as Christopher Thomas — led a group called “Ummah,” an organization identified by the US Attorney’s office as “a brotherhood that seeks to establish a separate state within the U.S. that would be ruled by strict Islamic or Sharia law.” According to the federal affidavit, Abdullah encouraged his followers to embark on “an offensive jihad, rather than a defense jihad. He regularly preaches anti-government and anti-law enforcement rhetoric.” He was also considered a “person of interest” by the FBI “for espousing the use of violence against law enforcement.” (Abdullah is no longer with us: he opened fire on FBI agents who came to arrest him on October 28, 2009 and was killed in the ensuing firefight. Mauro notes that CAIR, like ISNA a Brotherhood affiliate, was quick to denounce the FBI for the killing.)
Anyway. This business reminds me of Cain’s stumbling over the issue of the Palestinian right of return. (As Greg Gutfeld pointed out at the time, if you’re thinking the right of return has anything to do with Nordstrom’s, you’re probably not ready for prime time.) This guy appears to be a random politician with delusions of grandeur who has waded blithely into the spotlight without a clue about even the most basic details of matters concerning both foreign policy and national security. I understand he’s a long shot, but it hardly burnishes the Republican escutcheon to have a blundering naif repeatedly drawing the national eye.
The Republican field is focused primarily on the domestic economic agenda, which is of course understandable. But anyone purporting to contend for the highest office in the land needs to have at least a few toes in the reality of the wider world — to have some degree of awareness of the issues, at the very least. Particularly in areas where foreign and domestic policy intersect, like the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood and its goals regarding the global imposition of sharia.
This performance by Cain is real bush league stuff. It also confirms the suspicions — and the hopes — of many of the enemies of the US about the kinds of people who appeal to the American electorate, particularly at a historical moment when the bloom is off the rose of the alleged statesman in the White House.
I know, I know. Cain is just chaff. Where’s the wheat?

First he says no muslims in his cabinet. Then apologizes if feelings were hurt. I hope he realizes that to prosecute muslims, he’ll need to get rid of the muslims already in government. A muslim can’t swear to support and defend the Constitution. They lie when they do. Show me a muslim in our military who is a loyal American. There are none. Nazis in our government and military during WW2 would be a perfect example of what we have now. We can’t win (or even survive) if we stay on this road. But, yes Cain will get my pimary vote.
Ok, Herman Cain, I’m listening. These better not be sweet-little-nothings you’re touting on the campaign trail to garner votes. Don’t backtrack this time when critics come a knocking – no doubt, critics will be marching in unison against such blasphemy against CAIR, ISNA etc. Hold firm, stay focused and bring it for Nov. 2012.

The Obama administration is in the process — and Leon Panetta, who’s the new defense secretary, will implement — essentially, the repeal of “don’t ask/don’t tell” so gays will be allowed to serve openly in the military. I want to ask each of you — and, again, if we can be quickly, because then we want to get to the voters question — if you were president — if you become president of the United States, now gays are allowed to serve openly in the military, would you leave that policy in place or would you try to change it, go back to “don’t ask/don’t tell,” or something else?
CAIN: If I had my druthers, I never would have overturned “don’t ask/don’t tell” in the first place. Now that they have changed it, I wouldn’t create a distraction trying to turn it over as president. Our men and women have too many other things to be concerned about rather than have to deal with that as a distraction.

Candidates definitely deserves to be properly vetted. You do your candidate-of-choice no service by being a jackass to people who may also end up supporting him or by jumping on those just trying to decide. While there is a great deal to like and admire about Herman Cain, I still have some questions.
Nobody is going to be 100% for anybody. He’s got a learning curve to deal with and he’s going to stomp on his Johnson now and then.
What makes him attractive is that he knows that a succesful leader/CEO is the one that puts together the right TEAM. The thought that any president should know everything about everything is, and always has been, rediculous. He needs people around him that are experts and I really hope that The Stache will jump ship and get on Cain’s team. Bolton is wasted on Perrywinkle.
I really enjoyed his comment about his AG. He insinuated that his pick would be VERY busy. I hope he wins and puts some of this current crop of slime in jail.
We should all be willing to give him a pass on some gaffs and foolish moves. He is infinitly better than: Mittens, Paul, Perry, Huntsman, Santorum….uh, the guy I didn’t even recognize on the last debate….

If Cain is weak on the 2nd amendment then I don’t want him. I am no Perry fan but at least he believes in the 2nd. We must keep our guns.

Left to the States ? The RIGHT to bear arms in Constitutional-that Federal. Even the Supreme Court has said. So if the State of Florida (for example) decided to take your right to bear arms completely away that is OK with you ? Is it OK if the State of Florida rescinds your Right to free speech as well ?

My take on the Blitzer interview is that Herman meant that any restrictions which are currently allowed in our country should only be at the state level and not at the federal level. He has said that he supports the second amendment and does not support onerous laws that infringe on our gun rights. He has said he would veto any gun control laws that came across his desk if he were president.
Herman Cain is an NRA member and would veto any anti gun bill that crosses his desk. He has stated this several times. He said any carry and conceal laws should be handled by the states. Which is exactly how it was intended to be via the Constitution. I hope this issue has been put to bed. Thank you for reading.

The only people who aren’t sure on Herman’s stances on anything, or putting out negative non true statements are Ronulans. We supporters aren’t stupid. You see, we did our homework before we decided to get behind him. I didn’t hear about him on Alex Jones. I heard him on his radio show, then saw him at a Tea Party rally in Somerset County PA. This man has it right, first is his love for this great nation. Not a love of government. His love of our constitution cannot be questioned. And himself a gun owner, and outdoorsman, does anyone think he would not support 2A? That is the TRUTH for the TRUTHERS
