ABC News/WaPo Poll: Overwhelming Majority Expect Obama To Be One-Term President…
When I hear the words “Obama” and “one-term president” in the same sentence I get a Chris Matthews-like leg thrill.
(ABC News) — A majority of Americans expect Barack Obama to be a one-term president, an assessment on which, in past elections, the public more often has been right than wrong.
Just 37 percent in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll say they expect Obama to win re-election in November 2012; 55 percent instead expect the eventual Republican nominee to win. ABC’s George Stephanopoulos is asking the president about that result in an interview today.
It’s a challenging finding for the president because expectations can fuel voter enthusiasm — precisely the ingredient that led the GOP to its broad success in the 2010 midterms, when charged-up conservatives turned out while dispirited Democrats stayed home.
Democrats do expect Obama to win, but they say so only by 58–33 percent — a comparatively tepid vote of confidence within his own party. Republicans, by contrast, smell victory by a vast 83–13 percent. And independents — the linchpin of national politics — by 54–36 percent expect the Republican candidate to beat Obama.

No matter who the Republicans put up, the MSM will smear them. They are picking our candidate again.
Dick Morris, on a Sean Hannity spot back in 2008, predicted Obama would win the presidency. At the time I was upset with Morris for what I saw as a defeatist attitude and a unnecessary boost for the Democrats. Turns out he was right much to the chagrin and detrement of our country. However, Morris said something else at the time which has stayed with me as a glimmer of conservative hope. He stated he felt the Obama presidency would be so liberal and radical that long before Obamas’ term in office was through the Democrats would flee from Obama because his administration would be nuclear. Looks like Morris was right on this point as well.
Obama has IMHO reached a level of irrelevance never before seen by anyone living today. I know jokes and comparisons to Jimmy Carter abound the web over, but I feel the defeat Obama will suffer in 2012 will be absolutely humiliating……my hope springing eternal.
Oh great, so what is Plugs supposed to do with the rest of HIS life? (Besides being allowed to drive a car and loafing around the house making his wife miserable.)

MADJACK – It should be happening, but, with the spineless jackwagons we have in congress, and the fact that the senate will never let it happen, it won’t happen. The only hope we have is to vote Obama OUT in 2012. He will never bow out gracefully. From now until Obama is voted out, America will see some very, very dark days, I’m afraid. The liberal/progressive/socialist/communist democrats and Obama will not go gently into that good night. It’s gonna be ugly and violent. But, worth it if it rids America of these parasites and, the most despicable parasites of all, Obama and his hideous wife.

Whatever happened to the various states passing bills to prevent a future president as well as force the current one to prove their citizenship before running for office? I thought that was the plan to make barry have to show his long form birth certificate.
