The facial expression of the policeman is hilarious. As for the guy holding the sign, it’s got to be one of two things: #1) He is caucasian without knowing it; or #2) He appears to look caucasian but is a mixture.
I don’t think carrying a sign calling for “killing” anyone is within the limits of free speech.. possibly why the State Trooper was there.
