   WASHINGTON — District of Columbia police said early Saturday that a driver will not be charged for striking three people taking part in an Occupy DC protest in downtown Washington.

   Lt. Christopher Micciche (MITCH’-ih-kay) of the D.C. police said the driver was not cited because he had a green light when his vehicle struck the three on Friday night.

   He said witnesses told police that the three pedestrians “either ran toward or jumped in front of the moving vehicle.” He said one pedestrian jumped on the hood of the car. One of them was cited for being in the roadway.

   “The protesters were apparently trying to block the roadway,” Micciche said. “It was essentially an accident where three individuals were injured but they were in violation by being in the roadway.”

   Arrests are a matter of public record, even in my dinky town the weekly rag publishes all the miscreants names, addresses and offenses. You could try individual city papers for the days in question. Tedious I know.

    More than merely a spike in the arrests, it will spread and grow.

    What started as OWS in NYC, mostly peaceful, has turned into full fledged “American Spring” riots.
    This is Phase 1, assembling his Civilian Army.

    Next comes the financial attacks, hacking attacks, runs on the banks, etc.
    They will soon be causing administrative damage by tying up the Courts, and slowing the system from within. Remember, Union members are the City Clerks and DMV workers, etc.

    They are able to do more damage than just the physical.

    They are being egged on the officials, from the Mayors on up to Barry, himself.

    It is only going to get worse.

    So, to recap: The main “targets” of this protest are that the top 1% isn’t paying their fair share and more economic justice from Washington, yet more than 90% have NO IDEA what Washington spends our taxes on and have no idea what the evil “rich” 1% pay in taxes.

    I am not an occupier or tea party although I agree with parts of both. What I do not understand is the hate? Isn’t everybody for freedom of speech in this country and want the money flow to government officails to stop? If the reasonable people from both sides got together we could actually have a third party. What is with the comparison of arrests? They actually passed special laws in Texas overnight to arrest people for “having a food table while at a protest in a public park”. please tell me in the land of the free are you really for that kind of BULL?

    I have no sympthy for these idiots. They are bored to death with their lives, and are mad that they missed the sixties. They wud be glad to protest anything, if it meant a good time and an excuse to do nothing but show their hate for this country. They have not a damn clue as to how this country works. I am sick to death of them, and I hope they all get lice and then get arrested. Go home, and try to get on with your life !!!
