Behar: Isn’t it a little racist to call it Black Friday?
Goldberg: Well, I would have called it African American Friday, but I feel that’s taking something away from it.
Behar: But there’s a negative connotation to it? Or does it mean something else?
Goldberg: No, it’s like when you make all the money. You’re in the black.
Behar: So it’s positive?
Goldberg: Yeah. It’s in the black, so it’s a huge, great thing.
Behar: A lot of times, like blackmail is negative, black sheep.

They just didn’t let the conversation develop. They should have allowed Behar to continue to race bait Goldberg for another 10 or 15 minutes. Maybe Goldberg would have finally caught on and agreed with Behar.
Maybe Joy’s on to something here. Why doesn’t the MSM ever comment on the race of the perpetrators when reporting such stories as “Shooting and robbery at Myrtle Beach Wal-Mart on Black Friday” or “Woman pepper sprays shoppers at L.A. Wal-Mart on Black Friday”? (After seeing these stories yesterday, I really don’t know for sure who committed these crimes, but could it be that the incessant “Black Friday” banter has me biased?)

I don’t think I could tolerate being in Joy Behar’s presence for even more than a minute or two. It would be racist to call it “Nappy Friday” or similar such names.
Liberals must be very uneducated. A few years ago, a Dallas city councilman took offense at the use of the term Black Hole to describe where money sometimes ends up. He complained that the person using the term must be a racist. I wonder if this concilman was educated in the Dallas school system.
