Obama’s Job Approval Drops Below Jimmy Carter’s…

(US News) — President Obama’s slow ride down Gallup’s daily presidential job approval index has finally passed below Jimmy Carter, earning Obama the worst job approval rating of any president at this stage of his term in modern political history.
Since March, Obama’s job approval rating has hovered above Carter’s, considered among the 20th century’s worst presidents, but today Obama’s punctured Carter’s dismal job approval line. On their comparison chart, Gallup put Obama’s job approval rating at 43 percent compared to Carter’s 51 percent.
Back in 1979, Carter was far below Obama until the Iran hostage crisis, eerily being duplicated in Tehran today with Iranian protesters storming the British embassy. The early days of the crisis helped Carter’s ratings, though his failure to win the release of captured Americans, coupled with a bad economy, led to his defeat by Ronald Reagan in 1980.

I beg to differ. I think Carter has always been a closet Marxist as well, or at least socialist. He was just better at hiding it while in office.

I like the way you think. It’d probably be obvious to all if Carter had the demeanor of say, the Hildabeast or Husseinobama.
The reason he is still going to be the Democrat candidate is becasue he is a black man.
The Dems know he is a loser, but can’t replace him because of their obsession with race.
The difference was that Carter only turned into an America hater after he was tossed out in 1980 for incompetence (he never got over his defeat by Reagan) while Obama came into office as an anti-American.

We got rid of Carter and his influences. Ubama, not so fast….
My grandfather told me all the crap Carter put us through, (I was born in 75), everything from damn near hyper inflation, Iran, to contrived gas lines. He told me about all this in ’00 or ’01 and I couldn’t imagine living in times like that.
