AFL-CIO Chief Trumka: “I Pay More Than My Fair Share” Of Taxes…
To summarize, Trumka calls for raising taxes on others but claims to be paying “more than his fair share.”
(CNS) — AFL-CIO President Rich Trumka says that he should be paying more in taxes — but added that he’s “sure” he’s paying more than his fair share.
CNSNews.com asked: “President Obama and the White House have defined the wealthy as those who make above $250,000 a year. You made, with benefits, according to UnionFacts.com, $283,340 in 2010 —”
Trumka interrupted: “That includes expenses by the way. They distort those little things. But what’s your point?”
CNSNews.com continued: “— and therefore (are) part of the wealthy according to Obama. Should you as AFL-CIO president pay more in taxes?”
“Yes,” Trumka said.
When asked if he thought he wasn’t paying his fair share, Trumka said: “I pay more than my fair share, I’m sure.”

And isn’t it funny how fluid this whole definition of “fair” is turning out to be, mmm?
All of those calling for fair share never quite seem to be able to define fair. Only that it isn’t a flat tax, it doesn’t involve making those who pay nothing pay anything and includes breaks for those who vote and donate Democrat.

Time to cut Union dues. All his expense are picked up by the Union drones forced taxes (dues).
The AFL-CIO president also said he thought that if left to their own volition, people would not pay taxes voluntarily.

It’d be interesting to find out how much of the “missing” money from those failed green businesses that the taxpayers funded or maybe even MF Global went to folks like Trumka, i.e. payoffs for support or toward Obongo’s reelection efforts and such.

Fair Share? Okay, let’s start dragging IRS forms and see what a “fair share” is. I’m really tired of hearing that term bandied about lying politicians and union thugs without explaining what the “fair share” is and how they arrive at that determination.
In the old days, sharp reporters would dig around and find the graft, kickbacks, and non-cash payoffs like paid vacations disguised as “fact finding” trips, booze, women etc. Of course the MSM no longer has real investigative journalists and besides, they are mostly on the same team as Trumka.
