Occupy Olympia Forced Out of Park Leaving Behind “Obvious Biohazards” Including Used Hypodermic Needles…

Number of biohazards left behind by tea partiers, zero.
Comments & pings are closed.OLYMPIA, Wash. — Occupy Olympia demonstrators have left the vacant building adjacent to their original Heritage Park encampment following requests from Olympia Police Department officers in conjunction with Washington State Patrol.
Earlier this morning, WSP cleared Heritage Park, moving demonstrators to another area of the park while they removed camping equipment. According to WSP, the officers found “obvious biohazards” within the camp, including hypodermic needles. WSP said the demonstrators cooperated in the removal of the campsites.
Spokeswoman Elinor Paulus said she expected a couple of dozen people who remain in the park they have occupied since mid-October to be evicted. The state Department of Enterprise Services posted eviction notices at the camp Thursday, citing concerns with drug use and graffiti.

Nothing more obvious than poop.

Are those biohazard symbols spray painted all over the tent?
Sometimes I think Alcatraz should be re-opened.
What a matter occupyers did the pigeons, starlings and sparrows throw you out? GOOD FOR THEM
I call from the heart of the beast….Olympia Washington. Irony: Thurston County Dept of Health has a well funded needle exchange program.
I did catch this exclusive video of the Occupiers cleaning up…

I’ve not been able to ascertain who they were revolting against in the park there For the past 5-10 years:
-Olympia has one of the most liberal city council’s you could put together.
-The Thurston county commisioners office is run exclusively by union and envrionmental wackos
-The Washington state legislature is run by Democrat majority in the house and the senate.
-The hasn’t been a Republican in the Governors office since the 80′s.
As we have a representative republic, I’m not sure who the fuck these guys voted for and who they wanted to influence.
oh – and I drove by there last night, there is a giant rent-a-fence surrounding that entire park.
ooh and last one….
Since they announced they were going to evict the occupiers a week ago and put the remnats left behind in storage for 30 days at the tax payers expense, it was very tempting to go load up 30-40 tons of hazmat garbage /absestos and drop it there with a blue tarp and sign saying 99%.
Better angels and common sense…. we didn’t, but it spins a funny yarn when you live in the heart of the beast.
Of course there were needles at the park. A large percentage of the city’s homeless population was living with the protesters. There are still the same amount of needle users in the city. Now they are just wandering around the streets instead of in one, safe place. We had 4 fights where the cops had to be called in 3 months. Do you know how many fights occur on the streets normally? Crime plummeted in our camps compared to the streets. Pushing hardcore drug users back to the alley-ways is doing nothing but hiding reality from the citizens of Olympia, and making it where public safety is more at risk.
This place is close to my home. The occupiers had broken into an unlocked building as well.
Is there a fucking MAN somewhere out there willing to stick his neck out and roll over these degenerate fucking creeps? I bet if Sarah Palin or Michele Bachmann were running the show out there these little peckerheads would’ve been bitch slapped all the home two months ago.
Foot them with the clean up charges
Jesse-
I agree, we should keep all of those “occupiers” in one safe place where they aren’t breaking into buildings or leaving hypedermic needles laying around….
its called jail.
However, olympia being a gigantic liberal shit hole to begin with. It would not make one iota of difference.
Chris Gregoire strangely quiet… Jay Inslee muzzeled by handlers…to prevent shooting self in foot…
I bet used hypodermic needles wasn’t the only “biohazards” they found.
