Occupy Olympia Takes Over Building, Names It After Pro-Palestinian Leftist Rachel Corrie Who Was Killed By An Israeli Bulldozer In Gaza…

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Some Occupy Olympia demonstrators remained camped in Heritage Park early Friday in defiance of a state eviction order and others moved into a vacant building and declared it the Rachel Corrie Community Center.
Spokeswoman Elinor Paulus says she expects a couple of dozen people who remain in the park they have occupied since mid-October to be evicted. The state Department of Enterprise Services posted eviction notices at the camp Thursday, citing concerns with drug use and graffiti.
Paulus says about three dozen people moved into the two-story building that once service as housing authority offices but was bought by a developer who had planned a high-rise condo tower.
She says it’s tentatively named in memory of the Olympia activist killed in 2003 by an Israeli bulldozer in Gaza.

Bringing up that old topic again… as I recall not so long ago there were pictures of Rachel as a little girl posing for some protest. Her parents got her into all that at a very young age, so, basically, they have a huge hand in her ultimate demise.

Most nations, civilizations and societies have certain shared traits, history, traditions, languages, sense of morality, etc., that unify them as a people. It’s called “culture.”
In Rachel Corrie’s case, the education system and undoubtedly her parents erased or prevented any chance for a sense of American culture to take root in her. On this empty slate was written the ideals of revolution in the name of “fairness and diversity.” So instead of her heritage, she was able to identify closely with an alien people who hate Jews and train their children to kill others by killing themselves. In the end she paid the ultimate price but initially it probably wasn’t her fault she ended up that way. She was shepherded in that direction.
This is why Marxists, progressives and revolutionaries attack culture and traditions, like Christmas. People look for something to belong to, to identify with. If the Marxist scum can erase that history and sense heritage, then they are free to write whatever they want on the blank slate. That becomes the “culture” of that individual.
