The banks didn’t screw us over. If the government had kept its nose out of the banking industry, all those worthless loans would have never been made. And the banks couldn’t demand that the government bail them out. The Fed. Governement did so, on its own volition.
BTW, the Fed. Government is still insisting that banks make loans to minorities on practically zero credit worthiness and almost no down payment. Eric Holder is even having the DOJ investigate and fine some banks that refuse to consider ‘unemployment compensation’ as a reliable income!
