Flashback: Pelosi Rips Bush’s Recess Appointment As A “Mistake” That Harms The “Reputation” Of The United States…
Keep in mind Bush’s was an actual recess appointment unlike Obama’s illegal pro forma appointment that Pelosi hailed yesterday as a “bold” decision.
San Francisco House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement today on President Bush’s use of a recess appointment to name John Bolton as ambassador to the United Nations.
The President’s decision to circumvent the Senate and use a recess appointment naming John Bolton as ambassador to the United Nations is a mistake.
John Bolton’s record provides no evidence of the kind of diplomatic skill, temperament and judgment that ought to be prerequisites for this critical position. There are serious unanswered questions about whether Mr. Bolton improperly used sensitive intelligence information for political purposes, which contributed to the lack of support he had in the Senate.
For President Bush to use a recess appointment for such a controversial nominee not because there was a compelling case that Mr. Bolton was the best person for the job, but merely because the President had the power to do it subverts the confirmation process in ways that will further harm the United States reputation in the eyes of the international community. The American people deserve better.

With all bullshit that Obama and the Dems have pulled since he took office, you gotta think that when we take back the government, there is going to be some kind of retribution.

It is fascinating that Reid and Pelosi, the current majority leader and the former Speaker, cheer the executive branch as it exercises powers it does not have and debases the senate and by implication the house. The democrap emasculation of the legislative branch is breathtaking. The destruction of the separation of powers will have long term negative effects.
We are no longer a nation of laws. The cancer began with Wilson and with Obama it is now stage IV.

The future GOP candidate needs to bring up the hypocrisy of this administration at the presidential debates. After all these are the facts. I doubt that America is able to connect the dots however.

I read yesterday that the SC has accepted the case and is actually going to look into the usurpers eligibility for the position of president. Should they find that he is not a natural born American I sincerely hope a case is brought against this witch and that she be found guilty of failing to vet this impostor.

To say Nancy is a hypocrite is a gross understatement. IMHO she actually loves a lie. Relishes in them. Admires the subtleties of telling them. Ecstatically rejoices in the gullibility of those who receive them. As a Christian I believe what Christ said when he stated that Satan was the father of all lies and those who love and make lies are of Satan and not of God.
