Obama Still “Focused Like a Laser On Jobs” — Plans Busy Weekend of Movie Watching At White House…

The Obamas have a busy weekend of movie watching lined up, according to sources. The White House has requested a print of the Margaret Thatcher biopic “The Iron Lady” for a screening. Star Meryl Streep is up for best actress at the Golden Globes on Sunday night. Meanwhile, Cuba Gooding Jr. — star of another historical film, “Red Tails” — told us at its premiere this week at the Ziegfeld that he’s expected at the White House tomorrow with co-stars including Terrence Howard for a screening there. Executive-produced by George Lucas, “Red Tails” follows a crew of African-American pilots in World War II.
Two short months ago Debbie Downer had this to say:
Schultz: “Well, we’re not focused on poll. I mean, we’re a year away from an election. The president is focused like a laser on passing the American Jobs Act, on making sure we put people back to work. We need some help from Republicans. The sad thing is that Mitt Romney and the rest of the Republican field care about one job — Barack Obama’s.

Hey, give the man a break! All of those rounds of golf can really tire a guy out!
And, more than 2 weeks in the Hawaiian sun is also very draining. Can’t you see that the poor guy is ENTITLED to some time spent chillin’ at the movies? He works so hard. Come on, 4 to 5 hours of non-work per day is exhausting.
Besides, the more time he spends at the movies, the less he has to systematically destroy everything that our ancestors have created. So, it’s my view that he should be treated to endless days of movies until January.
With gourmet popcorn, no doubt.
