Report: Obama Refused To Take Pictures With American Troops During Trip To Baghdad…
Wow, I really didn’t think my hatred for him could grow any deeper. I was wrong.

Michael Hastings’ new book, The Operators, jabs at what could be a vulnerable spot for the Obama Administration, the president’s relationship with the troops.
The book describes a visit to Baghdad:
After the talk, out of earshot from the soldiers and diplomats, he starts to complain. He starts to act very un-Obamalike, according to a U.S. embassy official who helped organize the trip in Baghdad.
He’s asked to go out to take a few more pictures with soldiers and embassy staffers. He’s asked to sign copies of his book. “He didn’t want to take pictures with any more soldiers; he was complaining about it,” a State Department official tells me. “Look, I was excited to meet him. I wanted to like him. Let’s just say the scales fell from my eyes after I did. These are people over here who’ve been fighting the war, or working every day for the war effort, and he didn’t want to take fucking pictures with them?”

My husband told me that Bush ate lunch with the soldiers. He talked, laughed, told jokes and went back for seconds. He also spent hours listening to their stories, asking them what they needed to make their jobs easier and praying with them.

I capitalized 2 parts to show the problem here. Sure he COULD have taken more pictures, and signed more autographs. But for all we know, he MIGHT have been doing this with countless soldiers, for hours and hours. (Please hold back the giggles.)
Given Obamas dislike of our country, Id say the odds are that he was only at it a brief time, but thats beside the point. Im sure If I were out taking pictures and signing autographs for an extended period of time, there would come a point when Id call it quits for the day as well. He might have been tired from golfing and campaigning all day. Who knows?
Your headline, and the article are misleading. They read as if Obama refused to take pictures with servicemen, period. He did take pictures with some, but just not as many as some people would have liked. He may be an America hating piece of shit, but lets keep it honest and fair. It seems most of the commenters took it that way as well.

YES, there is racism on both sides, I myself have been subject to racism from black co- workers / supervisors, so I know. Racism knows no color. Its everywhere. But its also human nature. Affirmative action = get a job as a cop or firefighter by not having to take a tough test.

Indeed he has, by far more than 20 years. Growing up in the south after the civil rights movement, it was tough to face up to the fact that though the schools preached equality, the black kids were only emboldened in every way, to flaunt the rules of dress, eating in class, etc. and the white kids got into every kind of trouble for disobeying the rules. My children in turn were subject repeatedly to race related violence, black on white, even once the kindergarten teacher who dressed like a jungle queen, told me that the little black boy who kept touching my daughter’s butt was “learning his social skills”. When I shouted, “Not with my daughter he isn’t!” She accused me of racism.
I have only once in my life met a white person deeply and sincerely prejudiced against blacks. I have met only a few black people who were not prejudiced against whites, with a bloated sense of entitlement. Racism is alive and well, but not in the way the media claim. It’s all turned around and it’s called reverse discrimination, and it’s approved by the state.

I am neither current nor former military so I can only imagine the difficulty which accompanies risking your life on a daily basis in some foreign land, separated from your family, for a boss who truly hates your guts and despises your very existence. Pray for our military folks. They need it as they battle their foreign (jihadists) and domestic enemies (The obama Admin and all libs). God Bless the United States Armed Forces!
