Singer Beyonce Selling $45 T-Shirts For Obama Reelection Campaign As Part of Mooch’s Fashionista Project…

Only $45 for a t-shirt? Bargain shoppers take note!
Comments & pings are closed.(Washington Scene) — Beyonce is proving she’s pretty “Crazy in Love” with the first family.
First, she danced up a storm last year in a music video for first lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative. Now, the “Best Thing I Never Had” singer is selling clothes she designed to raise money for President Obama’s re-election campaign.
Some of the other famous faces who are part of the “Runway to Win” project, which New York magazine reports was organized by Vogue editor and Obama supporter Anna Wintour, include: Russell Simmons, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Tory Burch, Vera Wang, and Diane von Fursternberg.
Beyonce, along with mom Tina Knowles (who heads up the entertainer’s House of Dereon fashion line) designed a t-shirt emblazoned with phrases the commander-in-chief made famous, such as “Yes we can,” and, “I’m in!”
The crew neck sells for $45 and, along with the other fashions, is only available for pre-order right now. The pro-Obama wardrobe items go on sale online Feb. 7.

It’s nice that Beyonce was able to design the shirt in under 10 minutes.
Betcha it’ll make Mooch’s ass look fat
someone should tell this Beyonce actions speak louder than words
The shirt is probably made in China.
Another career brought to a halt by political involvement.
Sweetheart, you are a beautiful person and singer, but your taste in Presidents will cost you a ton of trouble.
Do you not understand the people who spend money do not like this guy or his wife?
Very bad PR move……….
Why am I not surprised that this is an ugly t-shirt?
I suggest anyone who has $45. to spend on such an ugly t-shirt as this (or any other), would be to take that $45. and send it to an orphanage, a soup kitchen, a food bank, give it away to someone outside a grocery store who is begging for money for food, just use that $45. for something good that will actually help someone else have a better day than wasting it on this ugly t-shirt that fancies ugly people engaged in ugly self-gratification.
The same Beyonce’ who closed down an entire maternity ward in a hospital due to her ‘specialness’. Other’s who had babies in that ward were shut out from seeing their own newly born children.
I guess she’s one of the 99%.
Anyone who would cast a vote for Obama because Beyonce told them to, shouldn’t be allowed to vote.
But then, most Beyonce fans are felons and can’t vote anyway.
Jay-Zee, husband to Beyonce: “my president is Blaaaack!”
Beyonce, his wife: “here, my president, here’s an ugly t-shirt that you can charge $45. for and my fans will luuuve you for it.”
Wife to their “Blaaaack” President: “Get that horrible thing out of my site…uh, oh, helllo, Beyonce and Jay-Zee, how nice of you to, oh, how lovely, what IS this, something for my mother?”
Oh. Wowee.
Good. And by all means, leftists, wear the shirt.
Announce your idiocy to the entire world.
I have never liked “Bouncey”, as I prefer to call her.

Let’s be honest: her career isn’t what it has been because she’s a singer, it’s because she shakes her doodah and dies her hair and the rest. No one watches her videos because they want to hear her sing.
@VisitorHere: She sings?
Another BO t-shirt to grace the many mugshots of BO supporters.
I will rank this right up there with that idiotic t-shirt Vote or Die.
Don’t believe I’m gonna lay out that $45, they’ll be in the bargain bin soon enough, they’ll make good wiping rags for refinishing.
I have a teeshirt just like that one. Except mine says ‘NOBAMA’.
Another shirt motto: “Trash we can”.
can i use food stamps or ebt or wic to get that shirt?
That shirt is so ugly it looks like something the FLOTUS would wear…oh except it isn’t $200 so never mind.
Know what else was “only available on pre-order”?
The original VW.
Nobody ever got one, but they had to pay anyway.

It’s a fund raiser you fool. They are not trying to compete with Wal Mart.
Sharing this…ohhh, just because:

Good thing jhp, anyone donating $ 45 gets a piece of shit tshirt, kind of like the way Urkel’s administration operates, every $ 45 of tax dollars gets the taxpayer a pile of shit.
BTW, Beyonce’s placenta is currently up for bid on Ebay. Last time I looked, it was up to $158,000.
Don’t wait.
Looks like a expired passport with signs of Obama stamped no entry on a previous trip. Maybe LSD trip.
Many of the same set of celebs participated in a similar fundraising effort in 2008 called “Runway to Change.” Proceeds from sales of the high-fashion items go to the Obama Victory Fund.

If you folks don’t like the T shirt don’t buy one.
And your criticism of someone trying to make a buck is a wonderful display of your anti capitalism.
Why do you criticize everything America stands for?
Hoarding tshirts is the liberal approach a collector wouldn’t know what to do with jibberish on bleached cotton
I am in the Tshirt business.
At most, the shirt cost them .50 cents at most.
The type of printing they did on those shirts is not screen printing.
The print costs are probably 3-5 dollars MAX.
That mark up is retail, id sell that to a store for 12-15 dollars, then they mark it up to their price of course. But….45 dollars from the get go is insulting.
@jhp: PLEASE, understand, that really isn’t what our frustrations are about.

It’s about what America DID ONCE STAND for compared to now that is the problem.

Connect the info, jhp, and you will realize that AMERICA is in it for the survival of it’s life! Please note Katherine’s astute observation:

The main commonality between the Muslims and the Communists is collectivism. Both political systems are like little ant colonies with a central control and a tight rein on their subjects. They love to regulate everything from what you eat to how you dress.
And then there is barbarity and murder, another common factor between the two.
jhp…..never ever refer to Zip as a fool again. Move along little doggie, you don’t belong here.
VisitorHere…..I really could have done w/out that. My eyeballs are aching LOL!
May Beyonce follow in Oprah’s foot steps.
Did you see the stupid name she gave to her kid? Just like Obama names a dog after himself, these two name their kid after a freaking music CD and a lucky number.
KneeGrows do what KneeGrows do.
Hey add a pair of $200.00 sneakers with no socks and a $200.00 pair of jeans that have a waist size of 65 inches and Beyounce T-shirt and the brother is ready for any job interview they have to offer in corperate America!
You have to love people without any pride values or morals!

Again. Please. It is a fund raiser. It is not supposed to be a good value. That is not the intent.
The intent is to raise money for Obama’s re election. Not to compete with Wal Mart.
Geeze.
Something tells me that after four years of being broke, unemployed, or on the battlefield, there’s going to be a whole lot of these shirts sitting around come November.
“Let them eat shirts”
I’d write more but I’m busy smashing my Beyonce CDs. I gave her a pass for singing at the inaugaration but this is too much.
Respectfully understand this, jhp:

Call me whatever gives you a modicum of delight. Or whatever. WE would have been more than happy to have elected a “real” black man (if color is so all important to you) Herman Cain, had things not fallen off the wagon about him.
p.s. I’m done conversating.
SHUT UP AND SING. I can’t wait for the video of her “man” hitting one of the Khardashians in the seat, that will take a little wind out of her sails. Stay tuned folks!!

@ jhp – America does NOT “stand for this”, and that’s what we’re saying.
Wasting money, scamming vulnerable people and using lies and pomades to do so isn’t capitalism, it’s crud, it’s the stuff of ‘community organizers’ claiming they’re there to help ya’ while they “only need” another payout from your last check, “for the children” and similar.
Capitalism doesn’t justify crime, and snake-oil salesmen such as Barack Obama and the wife are snake-oil salesmen. They’re grifters.
Better T Shirts here with lots of laughs.
Enjoy!

You’re going to one day regret your racism because it’s gonna’ come back and knock you on your arse. I note that you’re the only person making issue of Barack Obama’s supposed race (what you say is “black”). He’s also White. I guess you don’t acknowledge that.

Yet as a republican you are against regulation and the consumer product safety commission and support big pharm, big tobacco, banks, car companies, credit card companies, box stores and general unregulated “advertising.” No contradictions there…
Another thing @ jhp:
It’s just announced that Obama has “raised $65 Million.”
So why is he trying to ripoff the poor and vulnerable?
Because only the poor and vulnerable (or, either/or) would waste $45. on a tshirt, and an ugly tshirt at that. Responsible people, includes poor ones, try to place their available charity where it actually helps others, not in the hands of a ripoff man such as Barack Obama. He’s really ugly to be asking anyone to give him money at this rate, after how he squanders it.

You’ll get no where here by promoting your paranoia. I’m sure you Leftwingers drive yourselves sick thinking up your latest lies about “Capitalists” and “Republicans” while you scam the taxpayers to fund your vanity.

You just made up an entire litany of lies so I’m thinking you’re feeling quite cornered. Since I’ve never stated my “support” for your generalizations there, so you allege, that’s just you lying. Sorry you’re so desperate, but have a nice day, enjoy Obama’s gluttony while you can because he won’t be re-elected.
P.S.: I don’t smoke, I don’t use tobacco, I’ve never “supported big tobacco, banks, car companies…” I’m actually having a big laugh at your paranoid list there.

@ Rupaula:
It was Obama who received the higher percentage of support from Wall Street, “the financial industry,” who bailed out General Motors and coerced auto manufacturing on a losing course of product (also at the taxpayer expense), not to mention the rest of his ridiculous wastefulness with the nation’s financial resources. You’re irrational in attempting to paste all your paranoid blame on “Republicans.”
A total waste of $45:00 I got a ANGRY BIRDS T-Shirt for christmas That looks shoddy
My shirts are made and designed by Carhartt.
Just another reason I NEVER watch or care about celebrities pimping around for whatever reason. They should make movies or music and keep their stupid views to themselves. After all, few actors or musicians are Rhodes Scholars.

Those are quantum leaps even for you…please enlighten us all on how Republicans are against ALL regulation? Do you mean like the banking regulation led by Clinton-Greenspan-Dodd-Frank-Waters and Raines that delivered us to the door of economic melt down? Do you mean consumer product safety commission like that under Clinton that opened the trade doors to China that flooded our markets with junk and foods unfit for human consumption that along with EPA annihilated American manufacturing and industry? Do you seriously think Republicans support big pharmacy corporations or is big Obamacare government set to send us even deeper off the economic abyss better? Why don’t you tell us about the DNC and their major campaign funding lobbyist group known as the trial lawyer lobbyist group that makes the price of insurance continue to climb? Like any American needs the government to tell them tobacco is bad for them or that under Clinton banking regulations were minimized , or that the big car companies got bailed out by Obama…no contradictions there!
Who wants to walk around looking like an anti-American asshole?
Are they gonna sell Che shirts too?
It’s rather pathetic of Obama to expect the demographics related to fans of those 2 people to spend $45 on a $2 t-shirt.Fund raiser or not 12-24 yr old dependent kids don’t need to waste their pot funds on an ugly shirt.
They should give the t’s out with every fast & furious, gangwalker and terrorist gun purchase.
Hey I’m out of bun wipe, .. can someone pass one of those over??
funny how jhp is so in favor of capitalism when it comes to raising money for the anti-capitalist. And dude-you”racism under every rock” idiots are the real racists
This is the same woman who took over a million dollars to sing for Ghaddafi’s son on New Years Eve a couple of years ago.
Husband sells occupy WS shirts and she sells reelect o shirts. How fitting!
Those T-Shirts will be popular in hollyweed and sell like hotcakes in SAN FRANFREAKSHOW
I wouldn’t wipe my ass with those shirts…even if it hadn’t turned to dust.
A T-shirt is the perfect choice since very few of us currently need work clothes. How about some lounge pants, a bottle opener, and a pack of TV remote batteries to go with it?

“She’s not even two days old, but Beyonce and Jay-Z’s new baby girl is already proving to be a diva thanks to the over-the-top security measures afforded her pushy, famous parents at the Manhattan hospital where she was born.
To accommodate the influential couple’s demand for privacy for them and their new kid at Lenox Hill Hospital, other new and expecting parents said they have essentially been put on “lockdown” — and even booted out of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which was on the same floor as Beyonce’s delivery “suite” — so the pampered songstress and her party could come and go unencumbered.
“They just used the hospital like it was their own and nobody else mattered,” raged new dad Neil Coulon, whose efforts to see his premature, newborn twins in the neonatal ICU were disrupted by the birth of little Blue Ivy Carter…..
at least four security guards stood watch at the hospital’s fourth-floor elevator bank, where new parents and grandparents were still voicing their frustrations over security measures that delayed or completely prevented them from visiting.
“People are really upset and complaining,” said the hospital worker, noting that the medical staff has to “shut down” whenever there’s movement on Beyonce’s part.
Coulon — a Brooklyn contractor whose girls were born prematurely 11 days ago — said it happened at least four times between Friday and yesterday on the sixth floor.
He said some of his relatives drove four and a half hours to see his girls, only to be shunted aside for Beyonce.
Of the other NICU parents, he said, “These are parents who are going through very stressful times. To have that circus roll into town … having to deal with all this drama because someone is a superstar isn’t fair.”
Beyonce had a steady stream of visitors yesterday. A makeup artist was spotted going up with several bags in tow, and lunch was special-delivered from a local burger joint and gourmet market.
Pals who didn’t make it to the hospital weighed in on Twitter — including Diddy, Russell Simmons and LaToya Jackason.
“Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already,” wrote Beyonce best friend Gwyneth Paltrow, while Rihanna tweeted: “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.
