UK Ambassador To Egypt Says Muslim Brotherhood Takeover Not a Source of Worry For Britain…
Just as clueless as the Obama administration.
(Almasry Alyoum) — The Muslim Brotherhood’s majority in Egypt’s next parliament is not a source of worry for Britain, said British Ambassador to Egypt James Watt.
In an interview with Akhbar al-Youm, Watt said the results of the parliamentary elections reflect the choice of Egyptians and Britain will have to deal with these results.
He added that he has met with several Brotherhood leaders and the meetings have left a good impression on him. He added that he is optimistic about the future of Egypt and the formulation of policies that will achieve freedom and development.

Watt total scum: “earlier this month James Watt, the British Ambassador in Cairo, quietly met senior figures in the Brotherhood at the headquarters of their Freedom and Justice party after the first round of Egyptian elections – a sign that the UK government currently intends to deal with whoever wields power in the new Egypt.”
Actually, in my opinion, his statement says “it is what it is, and we will deal with that until we find that we can’t. But we’re going to keep a close eye on the buggers.”
Perhaps the Brits are feeling a little guilty, after all, after the defeat of the Ottoman Empire and the Balfour Declaration, if they hadn’t been playing political games, using the Jews against the Arabs and using the Arabs against the Jews and then taking turns sabotaging both sides, perhaps this whole mess regarding Palestine and Israel might not be what it is…

The west in general seems to be taking a hands off stance with the rise of islam in the middle east. Are they hoping for an eventual implosion since history shows the various factions are unable to live with one another peacefully? I guess time will tell us.
