Unreal: Obama Regime Condemns Assassination Of Iranian Nuke Scientist…

In other words, Obama condemns Israel’s Mossad for doing something we should be doing.
Comments & pings are closed.GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum is saying the U.S. should not have condemned the death of an Iranian nuclear scientist this week.
Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan died Wednesday, when a bomb attached to his car by a passing bicyclist exploded. The Obama administration condemned the killing.
Santorum said the administration’s public posture does not reflect a hard line on Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons.
To about 200 people in a crowded Greenville diner, he said: “Our country condemned it. My feeling is we should have kept our mouth shut.”

Wait, isn’t condemning the assassination a tacit approval of Iran’s nuclear program? I wish more Republicans would call out this traitorist regime.
If given the opportunity, I really think Obama would orally pleasure the Iranian leader, right in the oval orifice.
I mean it.
@ deez – isn’t condemning the assassination a tacit approval….
winner winner chicken dinner!
Not a word on all those muzz on Christian murders. Figures.
don´t you all finally get it ?? Husain Barak Soetoro aka Obama is an islamistic mole in the WH !!!
I’m sure Obi is pissed about that. Anything to put a crimp in Iran’s nuclear plans delays the excuse for the invasion of Persia.
We condemn the assassination of a man who was building a nuclear weapon to be used on us?
I’m very confused here.
Heres the reason they are tripping over each other to soothe the koranimals. Them Jooooooooooooz.

Teh Won has explosion envy!
We are all suppose to fall at his feet for taking out Osama, but we are to have our knickers in a wad because the Mossad so wonderfully took out people who share an Osama world view?
Key question for those on the GOP side running for POTUS- will YOU use this to demonstrate, along with a litany of similar actions, just what a clusterfarking POTUS we have, and how dangerous it will be for the WORLD if he is allowed to stay?
IF the Mossad people are perusing the WZ site, much love, hugs, and kisses for such a splendid, and beautifully creative act! Thank you!
P.S. So it is okay for Ayers, Van Jones, OWS, etc., etc., to want to, or actually blow up things, but not a swell group of folks protecting their nation, and in turn the world? Funny how Good always gets portrayed as Evil by our overlords.
“It puts on the lotion or it gets the hose.”
Being an American citizen during the Obama Regime is like being a “guest” of Buffalo Bill.
And remember when JIMMY CARTER wanted us to fly our flags at halfmast after YASIR(thats my baby)ARAFAT died
That the U.S.A.’s fate is in the hands of this communist agitator and community organizer, a man inundated in communist propaganda and hatred of all things American and of Israel all of his life, at such a critical time, is just astonishing.
We all know that God will look after Israel but God help you too, America.
Get this impostor out of the white house.
This POTUS is a total embarrassment to the free world. Where is the condemnation of the killing of innocent civilians by the homicide bombers, the killing of Christians in the Muslim countries. This POTUS or should I rephrase that and say this POS is mind numbing in his actions. Absolutely insane!
It is about time the GOP candidates picked up a fucking computer and checked the internet for some real news and some idea of what conservatives are actually saying. This BS where they shoot themselves and each other to the tune of liberal debate host has gotten very tiresome.
You all know I’m the LAST person to defend this administration but is it possible that this is where Obama orders the assassination, then condemns it, publicly washing his hands of the whole affair?
ironmaiden gets it. we do this crap all the time.
Some analysts said it may have been a home grown terrorist who want to overthrow the Iranian government
Israeli officials. “I don’t know who took revenge on the Iranian scientist, but I am definitely not shedding a tear,” said Brigadier General Yoav Mordechai ♪♪ to the hears uh huh
Naaah. Barry’s just jealous because Mossad didn’t kill their own citizens with a drone, the way he does.
Barry loves him some drone. He’s probably paid MicroSoft $$$ for a custom-made Flight Simulator, so he can kill terrorists with his own joystick.
One thought I keep having-the Supreme Court will ultimately decide the fate of the Obama regime. it would only take the removal of one Justice to “fundamentally transform” this country.
Here’s an chilling ironic thought: What if when Iran gets the nuclear bomb, and they will, they use it directly against America and not Israel? We are, to them, the Great Satan, and we are the ones protecting Israel. Logically, according to the 12th Imam beliefs, bombing us will surely bring on the world wide chaos that will result in the appearance of the scumball Islamic imam who will rule the world.
Just a thought.
@listingstarboard:
Indeed, the next one to go will be Ginsburg, she has cancer. Most likely hanging on until after the elections. We must win, all there is to it.
“In other words, Obama condemns Israel’s Mossad for doing something we should be doing.”
Right, because terrorism is just fine when its us doing the terrorizing.
Baraq Hussein Obama is working for someone- but it not nor has it ever been the people of the United States…Americans mistake an internal enemy for a stupid president at their permanent peril..
Just like FDR apologized to Japan after killing Yamamoto. Just like Churchill apologized to Hitler and Himmler after training Heydrich’s assassins. This pig Obama wil be regarded as the absolute scum of American presidents
Nuke Iran
Wipe it off the face of the earth
Would be nice if the Mossad would do this country a favor. “We the People” would be eternally grateful.
Will Barry reach out and send them a replacement scientist? We have lots of them.
“In other words, Obama condemns Israel’s Mossad for doing something we should be doing.”
Not to mention how far we’ve fallen behind the Taliban in carbombing professors.
I love the part where the hatred of Obama and love of Israel overrides all logic, no matter how basic. What could be simpler than the US needing to publicly condemn a car bomb terrorist attack in Iran?
Seriously. The country that developed this into an art form and who’s foreign policy relies heavily on running terrorist networks in other countries (including the US) where this is their specialty. Hmmmm…. should we tell them we think carbombing civilians is a legit tactic or not. Decisions, decisions.
This is like the decision as to whether you should go to Brazil to try out your white-belt Ju Jitsu skills. No, fucktard, you shouldn’t. It’s the one country on the planet you should be smart enough to no do that in, but apparently aren’t.
Be as dumb as you like, just don’t whine when Hezbollah does what Hezbollah does after you declaring this is not only cool but something you should try your hand at.
This is the Taliban deciding they should try having a Navy. Yeah, I wonder whether that will work out best for the Taliban or US.
@VS:
How about we say nothing. Its not like Iran is an ally and nobody knows who killed the scientist.
What about Obama’s ordering targeted assassinations of Bin Laden, Anwar Al-Awlaki and Awlaki’s 16 year old son?
F**king hypocrite Mooslime.
dba…vagabond trader says:
“How about we say nothing. Its not like Iran is an ally and nobody knows who killed the scientist.”
Not sure what which you’re suggesting silence is preferable to:
a) The POTUS condemning terrorist attacks on civilians, or
b) People incapable of thinking 1 step ahead declaring the US should totallly start carrying out terrorist attacks against the reigning world champs.
Which of these did you find outrageous?
It’s so odd to realize there was actually a time in the past when the U.S. did not carry out international assassinations or encourage other countries to carry out international assassinations. It’s even more strange to remember (as I actually am old enough to do) a time when ordinary Americans expected their government to condemn international assassinations, rather than cheering and publicly supporting them.
Ah, the good old days!
Honestly, it’s time to nuke the world to ensure the safety of Israel.
Kathy Kattenburg,
hello. I think I understand your sentiment. [But] these assassinations are an attempt to save lives. These nuclear scientists are developing weapons with which to attack Israel and if it were possible, the US.
The president of Iran is a Shia Muslim. He is of a messianic sect in Islam that believe themselves to be potential harbingers of the return of this figure, the 12th Imam.
Iran makes no pretense of plans to annihilate the people of Israel, the Jews, whenever possible. They are also of course enemies of our country. What constrains Mr. Ahmadinejad is the fact that Iran does not yet possesss nuclear weapons.. but they are gaining ground. [And] thus, the assassinations.
[And,] also is the fact that the true ruling theocratic entity, the Mullahs, also constrain currently against that direct nuclear attack.. but again.. the technology is just over the horizon for them… and a little further yet, for the dead scientists
Software attacks [lovin' me some Stuxnet
] preceded this recent strategy. This blog might sound incredibly hawkish to you.. but some of what you read is simply the magnification of the passion shared that desires to protect our families, and our way of life from a real -not just perceived- enemy.
DanlBoone says:
“Iran makes no pretense of plans to annihilate the people of Israel, the Jews, whenever possible.”
Cool. Give us a quick round up from the past 12 months. Just your personal favorites if you like. You know, because they do this whenever possible and Iran was open for business for that entire period of “when”. Thanks.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday launched into his customary tirade against Israel and the West at the United Nations.
an excerpt:
At least the US has maintained enough decorum to exit Ahmadinejads’s kill the Jews rant
I didn’t read closely about his recent low rent rendezvous with the bloated jaundiced psychopath of Venezuela.. maybe a conservative person might kinda forget sometimes that not everyone recognizes the malice and madness in these dictators tho
I mean for crying out loud, recall early in obamaland when satirists [Rodriguez?] posed the crossed-legged-tea-sipping-effete Obama seated with a sneering/mocking self-assured Ahmadinejad with nuclear war-head behind his chair.
.. maybe I kinda take it granted that people know how dangerous Ahmanutjob and Chavez/ilk are..
I mean, we do
teh funneh.. if it weren’t real
leon panetta said this week iran is not making a nuke. this is retarded
@ DanlBoone:
I didn’t ask you for statements amounting to holocaust denial and 9/11 conspiracy theories. If I want that I can talk to Ron Paul supporters.
You said that Iran talks about its plans for annihilating Israel at every opportunity. This is a state runs it’s own media outlets, meaning that opportunity is 7 days a week. Get on with it or admit you’re making shit up. Chop, chop.
Vs,
you are an imbecile. I mistook you for an adult. Your comment didn’t really make any sense.. but again, with the adult thing
you imbeciles show up on decent blogs with nothing more than childish jibberish.
You never speak in straightforward manner. Just a bunch of bullshit shuck and jive.
You can’t mount coherent argument to save your dumb howdy-doody ass.. so you just spit stupid crap all the time. Grow up.
you’re like a belligerent child in a room of adults.
Kathy says:
“ordinary Americans expected their government to condemn international assassinations, rather than cheering and publicly supporting them”
@Kathy:
you mean how the warmonger Obama cheered al-Alwaki’s death?
just because he condemned the nuclear scientists death doesn’t mean he didn’t do it either try reading Executive Order 12333
The removal of Executive Order 12333 is not a practical option because the Order does not pose any substantive legal restrictions to the military options of the United States, and its repeal would publicly damage the reputation of the United States abroad for little gain.
Executive Order 12333 effectively allows the United States “to have its cake, and eat it too,” giving the nation a symbol of its intent to wage a jus ad bellum, but also effectively giving the President the flexibility to employ the most brutal of tactics should he deem them necessary.
Critics who suggest the United States should revoke the Order—presumably because of their belief that it unduly restricts the government’s options in countering threats to national security—miss the reality that there are in fact very few legal impediments to the use of assassination.
Neither Executive Order 12333 nor customary international and treaty law are likely to forbid the use of state-sanctioned killing in most of the scenarios that the United States would consider using it.
After examining the United States’ recent history of military action, it seems that the typical strategy of our government during the past twenty-five years rarely, if ever, is prohibited by either domestic or international law.
When dealing with rogue dictators or terrorists such as Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden, the United States has consistently employed aerial bombardment and cruise missile attacks to strike at them directly.
As each was an attack against a military target or a counter terror operation, any resulting deaths would not be considered assassinations under the Clinton and Reagan exceptions to Executive Order 12333.
Under international law, missiles and bombs are not deemed treacherous, and their use does not constitute outlawry. Although the United States did not strike under a formal declaration of war, in each case it responded either to a threat of attack or an actual attack against it or another state. Both of these situations would justify the use of force as a matter of self-defense under Article 51 of the U.N. Charter.
VS,
on the intertoobs, it’s a common protocol to include the attribution whenever you paste in a large section of text.. even if you don’t include any sort of perspective as to whatever point you might have otherwise attempted to make.
Obama is a fucking Muslim. It’s reason 8565677 he has to be a one term POTUS. He should never have been elected in the first place. The idiot voters were just too eager to prove they weren’t racist. America’s first black POTUS should have been someone qualified like Condi Rice, Colon Powell or Clarence Thomas; not this piece of shit commie Muslim and his America-hating Sasquatch.
Iran has repeatedly discussed destroying Israel. Some Libtards state it is only talking about “removing the government,” but anyone with half a brain knows that they are 1) planning genocide (they talk about killing Jews ALL THE TIME) and 2) they are working on getting WMDs.
Second: Kathy—we are engaged in a fight against terrorism and people attempting to get WMDs. Would you prefer that we nuke Teheran rather than selectively assassinate a major intellectual asset and leave the rest of the civilians alone? Grow up, Kathy. War is hell. People like you are not fit to be those deciding issues related to the safety of my kids.

That’s funny, you seemed to understand me just fine when I asked you the first time to substantiate your claim and you attempted to, but failed.
This mystery of what I could be talking about the 2nd time I asked seems to have set in when you realized you couldn’t. What lucky timing.
You know what doesn’t look childish? Playing dumb when you get called out on your BS. That’s just mature all the way.
“VS, on the intertoobs, it’s a common protocol to include the attribution whenever you paste in a large section of text.”
You’ll have to take that up with the guy impersonating my name, as opposed to my positions. I generally don’t open my posts with a complaint that the POTUS killed a terrorist who organized multiple attacks on the US, or take issue with people saying the same thing I am. It’s just a habit I’ve formed.
Occam’s Tool says:
“Iran has repeatedly discussed destroying Israel. Some Libtards state it is only talking about “removing the government,” but anyone with half a brain knows that they are 1) planning genocide (they talk about killing Jews ALL THE TIME) and 2) they are working on getting WMDs.”
We already have someone who says this. What we a lacking is someone who can provide a reference to it happening “all the time” or even just “at all, recently”.
There’s several right-wing-policy-friendly translation services that do nothing but translate ME news into English for US audiences if you need some help. Do let us know if you fair any better than this other guy, who failed miserably.
“America’s first black POTUS should have been someone qualified like Condi Rice”
Yeah, what with stellar one-star reviews in memoirs from all of her peers in the Bush cabinet. Maybe her campaign ads could play clips of her testimony before the 9/11 commission for why she didn’t consider al Qaeda a threat when the CIA was warning “the system was flashing red” about a pending attack.
Who’s heart didn’t swell with pride?
“Under international law, missiles and bombs are not deemed treacherous, and their use does not constitute outlawry.”
Outlawry!
The news article is about blowing up a university professor with a car bomb. Which has the same protection under international law as the IRA enjoyed. None, you fuckwit.
Hey… Think Progress… jackass
the fact that Ahmadinejad does not even refer to Israel by name, is enough
of a red flag.
Its a game of semantics, that you leftists at Media Matters like to engage in.
Tell me, do you get all your talking points from Juan Cole?

translators in Tehran who work for the president’s office and the foreign ministry disagree with them. All official translations of Mr. Ahmadinejad’s statement, including a description of it on his Web site (www.president.ir/eng/), refer to wiping Israel away. Sohrab Mahdavi, one of Iran’s most prominent translators, and Siamak Namazi, managing director of a Tehran consulting firm, who is bilingual, both say “wipe off” or “wipe away” is more accurate than “vanish” because the Persian verb is active and transitive.
The second translation issue concerns the word “map.” Khomeini’s words were abstract: “Sahneh roozgar.” Sahneh means scene or stage, and roozgar means time. The phrase was widely interpreted as “map,” and for years, no one objected. In October, when Mr. Ahmadinejad quoted Khomeini, he actually misquoted him, saying not “Sahneh roozgar” but “Safheh roozgar,” meaning pages of time or history. No one noticed the change, and news agencies used the word “map” again.
Ahmad Zeidabadi, a professor of political science in Tehran whose specialty is Iran-Israel relations, explained: “It seems that in the early days of the revolution the word ‘map’ was used because it appeared to be the best meaningful translation for what he said. The words ‘sahneh roozgar’ are metaphorical and do not refer to anything specific. Maybe it was interpreted as ‘book of countries,’ and the closest thing to that was a map. Since then, we have often heard ‘Israel bayad az naghshe jographya mahv gardad’ — Israel must be wiped off the geographical map. Hard-liners have used it in their speeches.”
The final translation issue is Mr. Ahmadinejad’s use of “occupying regime of Jerusalem” rather than “Israel.”
But to others, “occupying regime” signals more than opposition to a certain government; the phrase indicates the depth of the Iranian president’s rejection of a Jewish state in the Middle East because he refuses even to utter the name Israel. He has said that the Palestinian issue “does not lend itself to a partial territorial solution” and has called Israel “a stain” on Islam that must be erased.

I didn’t assert anything other than you were full of shit. All I’ve said is you couldn’t substantiate your claim that they do this at every opportunity. You not being able to do that given half a day and repeated opportunities is a pretty solid answer from you that you can’t substantiate what you claim.
This doesn’t need any further discussion. It’s not that uncommon or mysterious when someone talks BS on a blog and gets called out on it.
But please feel free to continue posting about how this is oh so confusing and insulting me to avoid admitting this. Because you dislike immaturity, don’t you.
