Tea party wasn’t protesting a bad economy.

Seemed to me that Glen Beck had a lot to do with the tea party’s momentum. Once soros got him off of FOX tv, his radio show wasn’t enough to keep the energy going and I guess he even backed off a lot of what he was doing for fear of his family’s safety.
Beck and Palin were a huge driving force and both have been pushed to the background.
So what are we at right now….a 5% or less approval rating of Congress??

Harry is dropping buzz words to his voting base. He is afraid of true Americans and Patriots. When is one of the talking heads going to ask him about not passing a budget for over a 1000 days or bringing the pass it now jobs bill up for a vote?

What liberals fail to grasp is that the tea party had nothing to do with them; it was a reaction to the failure of the conservatives in government.
The reason it is dying out is because conservative voters are content to vote for any old RINO just to get rid of Obama. I have no doubt that if the Republicans ran Bill Clinton as their candidate Republican voters would vote for him.

We’re not dying out. We’re busy working and being productive, taking care of our families’ and our own business. We’re biding our time until election day. Not much more we can do till then. Quietly waiting.
I just went to a political event, in Michigan for God’s sake, and I got business cards of 4 different Tea Party leaders who have weekly TP meetings. And they aren’t even the TP groups in my surrounding area. I am thinking about starting a TP in my very immediate area. The TP will never go away because everyone who wants LIBERTY, Small Government, and the Constitution is a Tea Party state of mind. Oh and dumb ass, the economy isn’t getting better because you Socialists are running the show. Just because we WORK and don’t protest everything, everyday doesn’t mean we are dying out because we will never quit until people like you are elected OUT of office. Capiche?
Actually, the economy is doing better, not one little bit of has anything to do with Obama. Europe is finally going to have to pay the price of socialism which puts every European currency in the toilet, leaving only the dollar and Swiss Franc. If the Franc rises to much, it will put Switzerland out of business and the Swiss have acted by tying the Franc to the Euro, so all the hot money is flowing to the states. The result – zero interest rates. That moves pension fund money into the stock market, they have to have some return so naturally the stock market moves up. Another bubble in the making. All G20 governments have colluded to put the squeeze on interest rates, when that pressure cooker blows it is going to blow big.
And now for the good news. This is the very first month, month #36 of the Obama administration that has seen an entire month go by without a single bank failure. Nearly 400 until then. Think back to the halcyon days of 2008 when only 3 wnet bust.
Lest I am accused of exaggeration, I have just gone through the FDIC data, the actual number from Jan.09 to Dec. 11 is 389 banks that have been closed down by the FDIC. Another curious fact is that in their first press release from 09 they talk abouth the nation’s insured 8,384 banks and savings institutions, in their last one in December 2011 they talk about the nation’s 7,437 insured institutions. So 389 went bust and 558 went missing.
