Obama hit not one, not two, not three, but four fundraisers yesterday.
REPORTER: Obama was on the ground in Orlando for the economy event for less than 3 hours, but spent roughly 7 hours at these 4 different campaign events. “Do you not understand the optics of it?”
CARNEY: “You can’t look at what the President does on any given week, including this week, many weeks going back, and not come to the conclusion that he spends a relatively small amount of time campaigning.”

Are you kidding? This President has been in campaign mode since his first month in office. He is all over the television, interviewed by every network and late night and day time show. He is constantly in the media spotlight trying to sell and con his way through this first term, so as to make it possible for his second and most damaging term . What a crock.

He spends at least half the time either departing for or coming home from fundraisers. The balance is lightly peppered with an occasional briefing or two.
Relative to the time he spends, golfing/eating at expensive restaurants/breathing…
we do look at what he does on a daily basis, jaybird. morning briefings are usually at 10am. boy, talk about dynamic.

Maybe he left when he realized he couldn’t stand up there and spew this disingenous BS anymore. Carney strikes me as a smarmy little man who, if he doesn’t do what he’s told, is gonna go offstage and get smacked like a bad puppy.

Obama spends 8 hours sleeping; 2 hours eating; 2 hours traveling to the campaign stop’ 2 hours traveling back; 2 hours campaigning; 4 hours planning the next attack on Republicans, meeting contributors, appointing contributors, giving green loans to contributors; 4 hours resting from his exertions by chilling, playing golf, basketball. etc.
So he spends relatively little time “campaigning”, 2 hours at most on most days. I rate this statement true.
