Poll: 54% Want Supreme Court To Overturn Obamacare Individual Mandate, Only 17% Want It Upheld…

And this poll was conducted by the left-leaning Kaiser Foundation.
Comments & pings are closed.(WSJ) — A new poll from the Kaiser Family Foundation shows that more than half of Americans say the Supreme Court should rule that the health overhaul law’s requirement to have health insurance or pay a fine is unconstitutional.
The poll by the nonpartisan foundation found that 54% of those surveyed said the Supreme Court should rule against the mandate while only 17% said the court should uphold it and 29% either didn’t know or didn’t answer.
Republican opposition to the Democrats’ 2010 health care overhaul law is intense, with 73% of Republicans having an unfavorable view of it. By contrast, 62% of Democrats view it favorably.
The survey also found that most Republican voters don’t agree with the attack on GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney that the health care law he signed as governor of Massachusetts is similar to the federal law. Some 30% said they felt Mr. Romney’s views on health care were akin to President Barack Obama’s, but almost half said the former governor’s views are different, and 22% didn’t answer.

’29% did not know or did not answer.’
That alone is pretty scary stuff.
Does anybody really think Emperor Hussein cares what the People or the Supreme Court say?

54% and 47% don’t pay taxes. They are fed up with the waiting time in the ER.
Better undo Obamacare now, for if Hussein gets back in office or if Mitt gets in there, then Obamacre/Romneycare will be here to stay!
17% of those polled are unable to tell who is paying for their gas, groceries, ER visits. Their miserable existence is life of squalor and despair.
Of the 17 percent who responded that they favored the mandate, 95% probably think “mandate” means having a date with a man.

Yeah, well the polls showed that the vast majority of people favored the heretical concept of actually allowing Florida to count the ballots in 2000. We know how that worked out.
If your comment was snark, my apologies for the sarcastic reply.
How many of those people interviewed can even name the justices? They should have to do that first to show their opinion actually matters or has any logical basis.
@ Rupaula:
I’m with you 150%. I think there should be a Constitution and Government quiz at the front of every ballot.
Make a 70%, your vote counts.
Below that level, you are not qualified to vote. You can fill in the dots to make you feel good, but the votes are not counted.
