I don’t suppose the NLRB would mind if someone posted the names, addresses, and personal cell phone numbers, and next of kin, to every self employed person and CxO of each company.
What’s good for the unions ought to be good enough for the NLRB.
If an employer wants an email address I create a sacrificial address for them. If they want a phone number they get the one that is never answered without screening. Then if I am being harassed with phone calls I figure it is time to contact the telephone company and police.
And given my attitudes I figure if a union member comes to my home to “talk to me” this is intimidation and a threat. I am within my rights to protect myself. That involves adequate firepower carefully controlled and applied.
Modern union organizing is pure raw terrorism. Why we tolerate it is utterly beyond me.

I will not hire any contractors or companies that use union labor or support unions in any way shape or form. Unions exist in direct opposition to our constitution and our way of life. They seek to take our property by force and use that property to continue to elect people with an agenda in line with our enemies. This has been the case my entire life. When I was younger they made no apologies that they supported communism which sought the destruction of our country. The Union label means I hate this country or I am stupid or both.

It seems to me that this would be a violation of the Privacy Act of 1974. It would just be SO ironic if one agency charged them for NOT providing the phone numbers, but a different agency charges them if they DO provide the numbers.
If I were an employee in this situation, I guess I would change my phone number, or have a phone that is only for work and I wouldn’t answer it if I didn’t recognize the caller. Such fun!
