WikiLeaks Traitor Bradley Manning Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize By Icelandic Parliamentarian…

The Icelandic parliamentarian has been a vocal supporter of WikiLeaks since it leaked the “Collateral Murder” video of a 2007 Baghdad strike by U.S. forces that killed at least a dozen unarmed civilians, including two Reuters reporters, which is widely believed to have been acquired and sent to WikiLeaks by Manning himself. In December 2010, the U.S. Department of Justice sent a subpoena request to Twitter for data pertaining to prominent WikiLeaks figures, including Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and Birgitta Jónsdóttir.
Jónsdóttir has also been an advocate for making Iceland a haven of press freedom, and in 2010 spearheaded the Icelandic Modern Media Initiative, which combined, according to the New York Times, “whistle-blower laws and rules about Internet providers from the United States; source protection laws from Belgium; freedom of information laws from Estonia and Scotland, among others; and New York State’s law to counteract ‘libel tourism,’ the practice of suing in courts, like Britain’s, where journalists have the hardest time prevailing.”

3 – I find it hypocritical that a person can demand that I respect someone’s sexuality when that person will not respect their own…thus they have to mutilate themselves.

While on active duty in the U.S. Army, performing some form of intelligence work, Private Bradley Manning, a self-avowed homosexual and AIDS activist, obtained a portfolio of classified information sensitive to combat operations, at that time period, in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He sought and solicited this information to Mr. Assange, the current face of WikiLeaks dotcom. The outcome we now know. The disseminated information included operations, names, ranks, and positions of military personnel in the theaters of combat.
This is a direct violation of The Uniform Code of Military Justice, article 106A. His actions also concur with the charges of Treason against him, as stated in Article 3, Section 3, of the U.S. Constitution.
In short, a short little U.S. Army rank of Private, homosexual, with the “I’ll Show You” attitude, committed treasonous acts of CLASSIFIED intelligence information exchanges, having them ‘broadcast’ world-wide, via the Internet, to where the opposing forces within those theaters of operation, would avail themselves of that information, and alter their engagement of operations, to maximize their potential to defeat U.S. military forces in those areas.
In my eyes, he might as well have duct-taped a fragmentation grenade to his friends, with a long string on the pin ring, walked away, and tugged on the string. It would have been the same effect.
Do I believe that he is some kind of hero? Only to the Taliban or al-Qaeda.

No conservative, liberterian or Republican would ever think a soldier who deliberately gave away classified information because of his childish anger at the US Army’s sexuality policy is any way “honorable”.
He will be tried by a courtmartial, and if found guilty will likely serve a very long sentence. He could have very easily been tried for treason, which in the military is punishable by death. Instead, if he is found guilty, he could receive life in prison without parole. As a taxpayer, I hate the idea of supporting that lowlife traitor, but then again if he is sent to a civilian prison, his dance card will be filled every night with a 500 lb inmate who thinks he has a purty mouf.
