Obama Tells China He “Welcomes” Their Rise To Power…
The fact that it’s coming at America’s expense doesn’t bother Obama.

President Obama greeted the Chinese heir apparent in the Oval Office on Tuesday morning, a venue where the U.S. president usually receives only the nation’s closest friends.
But even as the two countries eye one another warily, the Obama administration wants to keep its options open with Vice President Xi Jinping as he prepares to take his place as president next year.
In a joint appearance before their meeting, Obama told reporters that the U.S. relationship with China is based on “mutual interest and mutual respect,” and that such a relationship is in the interests of the rest of the world, too.
The United States welcomes China’s “peaceful rise,” Obama said, which he said has the power to “help to bring stability and prosperity to the world.”
Xi said that he and Vice President Joe Biden had reached a “new consensus” during their talks, though he didn’t say what that was, and that his goal is to “move forward the U.S.-China relationship.”

I’ve got a sneaking feeling the consensus is we start feeding the Dragon our natural resources or they eat us today. I expect to start seeing many drilling permits for China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) with an expedited permit process bypassing all those pesky environmental regulations followed by Obama telling us how he has overcome the Republican bottleneck to allow for expanded drilling in this time of trouble. Followed to access to our now defunct coal mines and untouchable lumber and fishing territory and……

Let me see. The Chinese now control both ends of the Panama Canal, are establishing relations all over South America, are heavily involved in Africa and attack our economy through outright theft as well as cyber attacks, have sequesterd Canadian oil, and Obungle aplauds their “peaceful rise”.
I guess that the smart thing to do here is learn Mandarin. Going to need it, win, lose, or draw.
With the “failed” drone landing in Iran and the refusal of the Keystone XL pipeline, Obama has taken a page from the Clinton’s playbook and expects the Chinese to finance his reelection.
Let’s see – Obama haas divided the people by race and financial, made schools with a jailer, put a hp;d pn ppur banks, wants a global tax, sold us out to China ( with republican help), wants to take our money so he can control, wants to shrink our protection of military, leaves our borders open for foreign intruders to do us harm (terrerists abnd drug dealers) and who knows what comes next.
