Poll: 44% of Catholic Voters “Strongly Disapprove” of Obama’s Job Performance, Only 19% “Strongly Approve”…

Via Rasmussen:

Catholics strongly disapprove of the job President Obama is doing as the debate continues over his administration’s new policy forcing Catholic institutions to pay for contraception they morally oppose. While the president’s overall job approval ratings have improved over the past couple of months, they have remained steady among Catholics.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 59% of likely Catholic voters nationwide at least somewhat disapprove of the president’s job performance, while 40% at least somewhat approve. But the passion’s on the side of those who don’t like the job he’s doing: 44% Strongly Disapprove versus 19% who Strongly Approve.

That’s 19% who need to go to confession…….for lying.

What’s the deal with the other 37%? Are they looking for what they can get before they make a commitment? Either you are on-board with the tenents of your religion or you are not – there really is no middle ground here.

Mandates of government that lead to the denial of religious liberty are not allowed in America, yet, when those who do not appreciate this get the chance to wield government power, the results are, as Sarah Palin coined by accident Sunday, “Obamneycare.”

So let’s make sure everyone appreciates this government enforced pro-abortion, pro-”killing of innocents,” position as it also relates to Mitt Romney and the Catholic Church as well, http://ncronline.org/blogs/distinctly-catholic/problem-romneycare.

A couple years ago posted Obama’s argument against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, please read, and share, it greatly helps comprehending, Obama is not just pro-abortion, he is just plain cold, that he hasn’t the slightest inkling of Matthew 18:10, http://changingwind.org/index/comment.php?comment.news.10.

I hope it’s okay to be informative here, as we need to be learning who these people really are and the posture they assume in wielding the power entrusted to them, whether it is carefully, or seeking every opportunity to exceed all limits and boundary placed upon them.

When one thinks about it, this Catholic issue with contraception further illustrates how Romneycare was the model for Obamacare.

Per Obama’s announcement today. His pushing that $40.00 per paycheck tax cut as a deal of a life time that is everyone’s lifeline…..geez. What can be bought for 40 bucks? And for him to say that gas prices go up as the job market is improving because of demand? Who is going to hold him to the fire on this?

Meh- this ain’t surprising, given that earflaps mcdowngrade just wiped his coked up nose with Catholic doctrine in front of God and everyone.

The question is, do the women he gains from his latest extra-constitutional outrage outweigh the Catholics that he loses?

The geeky stuttering loser we’ve been cursed with for president has windsock morality- he doesn’t hear or care about the howls of anger, he only sees vote totals and how else to keep his fey grasp on power.

Well he sees only that, and a yeti that keeps chasing him around the white house while stuffing expensive bits of pork belly into its mouth.

    @nevergiveup:

“What can be bought for 40 bucks?”

Less and less everyday, due to the accelerating inflation brought about by soetero’s deliberate devaluing of the dollar via QE1, 2, and soon to be 3.

“And for him to say that gas prices go up as the job market is improving because of demand?”

This should not surprise you… this paste eating geek is a D student at best. One of the stupidest people to ever sit as president, as evidenced by the avalanche of stupid that tumbles out of his idiot face on a daily basis. 57 states/corpseman/breathalyzer/austrian language, indeed.

Thinking soetero would rank just above Benjamin Franklin Pierce or maybe Millard Fillmore in intelligence- in the condition each are in today, respectively.

Re nevergiveup’s comment about the $40 tax cut:

that should cover a person’s cost of contraception easily.

Contraception is not “health care”; it’s a lifestyle choice. The femi-nazis have worked hard to make abortion and contraception about “women’s health care” and “free access” a right. It’s all BS.

If you want it, go buy it.

sickening. You will have to answer to God one day.

Amen Sentinel and moonstruck! Some day God will sort them out. Goats to His left, lambs to His right. What side do you WANT to be on?

I Love what C.S. Lewis wrote in “Mere Christianity:”

When the author walks on to the stage the play is over. God is going to invade, all right: but what is the good of saying you are on His side then, when you see the whole natural universe melting away like a dream and something else—something it never entered your head to conceive—comes crashing in; something so beautiful to some of us and so terrible to others that none of us will have any choice left? For this time it will be God without disguise; something so overwhelming that it will strike either irresistible love or irresistible horror into every creature. It will be too late then to choose your side. There is no use saying you choose to lie down when it has become impossible to stand up. That will not be the time for choosing: it will be the time when we discover which side we really have chosen, whether we realised it before or not. Now, today, this moment, is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. It will not last for ever. We must take it or leave it.

Peace be with you and with your spirit.

I am Catholic. I can say that anyone who has had an abortion or uses birth control and not recieved forgiveness through the sacrement of confession is already in peril of losing their eternal soul. We as Catholics believe that life is a gift from GOD. Nancy and Joe are CINOs (Catholic In Name Only). The only reason they have to go to church is to amend their lives, change their policies towards the most vulnerable among us and recieve forgiveness in confession for their sins. I hope for their sake they are not recieving Communion. The priest will also be held accountable.

Considering the news tells you that this includes 98% of Catholic women, I think we will let you say “everyone” instead of “anyone” when projecting your views onto the only segment of people who could care what you have to say, but don’t.

There came a point where you stopped stoning to death everyone who worked on the Sabbath. The rule wasn’t relevant to this. The 98% is.
