Beats the sh*t sammich Ubama has been shoveling at us going on 4 years.
Grass Mud Horsey
And to reply:
The cheap ad hominem attack from a supposedly objective news person? It may be the only thing Democrats have left to distract the voting public from the astounding failure they elected into the White House.
chickadee
How classy and sooooooo racist.
Of course the progs get a pass on such insulting rhetoric.
Spurwing Plover
Lies and more lies is the only thing demacrats have to offer
Paul
Why are the Democrat Socialist worried about what the Republicans have to offer the Latinos. The Latinos they are supporting need Amnesty to become Legal US Citizens, which means they shouldn’t have the right to vote. Humm, maybe that is why Obama is trying to kill the Voter ID Laws. Doesn’t it bother you that the Obama Administration is representing the rights of Foreign Nationals more aggressively than he is supporting the right of Legal US Citizans, and the rights of the Unborn Children!
Angie S.
She should’ve said ‘government cheese’. We latinos respond better to that. It’s a dog whistle of sorts for us. True story.
WiscoDave
@Angie S.
Come to Wisconsin!
We have so much cheese we make hats out of it!
Also, Gov Walker could always use more support!

Can you say RACIST?
Chris W.
Nice pedosmile, Messina. Creepy.
Holder conspired to arm drug cartels
Is that like fried chicken and watermelon being the only thing democrats have to offer black people?

Jim is one ugly woman.
big-pete
How about “offering” them what America “offers” everyone else – Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Self respecting Latinos should tell them to stick the rest.
Dapandico
Has he been reported to truth.com or attackwatch.com

Macaca, Jim does look like a unisex type of person

They should offer them amnesty and the south west back (Viva La Raza!) if they want their votes. Give me the Chimichanga though, I’m starving.
Spurwing Plover
I would like to see Obama go to arizona and drive through phoenix and get booed all the way

I prefer just regular taco’s with onions and cilantro. Kick is some great salsa and I am a Happy little Mexican.
But a Chimichanga would be just fine.

The fact that there’s this thought that Latinos should be “offered” anything, up to and including delicious chimichangas, is a massive category error, and instead of focusing on the fact that this might be ‘racist’, we should maybe be beating them over the head w/ the idea that it isn’t government (read: the taxpayers) job to offer them a damn thing.

Jim Messina must miss his halcyon days when he teamed up with Kenny Loggins.
Chris in N.Va.
I’m a good thing that little Jimmie Mess-in-his-diapers didn’t refer to African-Americans’ yearning for loose shoes, tight p###y and a warm place to s***.
(Gee, where did we hear that before? Hmm…. And nobody paid any attention to it at the time because….oh wait a minute, the dude was NOT a Democrat, so he got thoroughly pilloried for it, didn’t he? Imagine that…)
Those cute little culturally-sensitive Dem/Lib Plantation masters have such a clever way with words, don’t they now?
Dapandico
A Chimichanga with tomato sauce?
uncivil & right
Code speak for “Barry really misses his Reggie Love chimichanga.”
Noelegy
What’s wrong with chimichangas?
It’s much better than the chingando* that the Democrat party offers them.
*not 100% sure about my grammar there, but you get the picture

@ Dapandico
No
You need a nice red pepper base such as a California chili or a Guajillo. Mix that in with onions, tomatoes, fresh garlic and cilantro and that will cook down to a real nice sauce.
Place in blender and ad salt, sugar and fresh lime juice and you will be eating well.
Trust me, I make this stuff all the time.

I am latino and I contributed $500 to Obama and my entire family voted for Obama. That was then, this is now. We will never make the mistake again. No one person alone has hurt latinos like Obama and his failed policies from gas prices, food prices many have lost their homes due to policies. Obama thinks he can trample the rights of Catholics and not pay a price, he is mistaken. Latinos have left Obama in droves, weather the lame stream media reports this is another thing as none are trustworthy. Now Obama wants to give gifts for votes to the latinos. Messina and Obama can take the Chimichanga and choke on it or shove it up their ass. The country has never been sooo divided and this is by evil Obam design. sic bastards…
Davey Mac
Chimichanga……YUM. With some guac and sour cream and that kickass white melted cheese…dee-frickin-lishish, with a nice cold cerveza and a Don Julio sipper to wash it all down. Hook me up! OK, I’m hungry now.
Jimmy, me boy-o, you’re a little off your stride with this one, so keep that racist crap up. It’s working wonders, dontchya know.
Davey Mac
@Jamalo…happy to have you on the team.

What are the chances an apology actually happens?
These people are elite snobs who think they’re above it all and can say and do anything they choose!
It’s disgusting!
CS_GUY
Messina, your a pussy.
You couldn’t hold a candle to any of the hipanics I know.
And, they don’t want your dirty money, they have plenty of cash to go around.
Think I’ll let my latino buds know your dissing them.
Not so funny now is it shit head?

@Jamalo
Keep a close watch on the Repubs as well, they can be snakes just like the Dems. I suggest a loose Tea Party affiliation with a side of realistic conservatism and constitutionalism.
Jamalo Hernandez
@Sentinel – It is sad that the Republicans cannot close the deal with latinos. Republicans actually think they are helping latinos with illegal immigration speeches. Voting Latinos have nothing to do with illegal immigration and the Republicans just bunch us all together. Latinos are also against amnesty. Amnesty for latinos means our jobs are the first to be taken when this happens. There are several high profile latinos like Susana Martinez (NM Gov) and Marco Rubio that need to be more involved in the Republican message and I wish Reince Priebus would recruit a latino to define the Republican message for Lationos. Obama did give the Republicans an opportunity attacking the Catholic Church where a majority are Latino. I hope they keep this story on the forefront. In my Catholic Church the Catholic women donnot support this govt takeover as womens healthcare lie as the administration wants us to beleive. The comments on this site sometimes are painful to read when readers also lump us in with illegals, therfore a Republican message is needed to address the latino issue. Latino values are closer to Republicans than Dems, Repubs need to have a message to unite lations in thier court.
Bluto
Imagine the media-driven outrage if this was from a Republican?
What is this line supposed to accomplish? Counter-rage? “They rage at us but they won’t rage at themselves and that makes us rage!!1″ Give me a fucking break.
But if conservatives are incapable of sell something better than liberalism, then by all means, continue to rage about liberals acting like liberals. Because impotent rage is so much more righteous when it comes from conservatives.

@jamalo you are right about the painful stuff some zips post re Latinos. I also don’t like the clowns who think their “Negro dialect” shtick is funny. I have relatives in Phoenix who are terrified of Mexican gang bangers, and guess what, relatives by marriage are good folks of Sonorense origin. Recently drove through AZ, NM, Texas, and I saw Latinos in small towns working hard, running small businesses. Gotta say all the Mexican food talk on this page is driving me nuts. Live in Asia, and you will know what you are missing.

Hello StoneFree,
your point is on the $.
I recall I chatted w ya briefly before.
Is Hendrix the referent for the screen-name?
DanlBoone
Jamalo,
I appreciate what you’re saying. That makes sense. I haven’t been able to clearly find my own position. There are no nations without borders. I’m not flogging that horse.
I’ve been thinking something like a simple straightforward thing; ie, secure both borders and set some sort of limited amnesty [Bush favored an amnesty plan] and then simply and gradually [gradually] just enforce the law.
I don’t like any heavy handed gov’t. On a local basis, if some new code or ordinance of some sort is enacted, I expect the local gov’t to grandfather older properties, or something similar as that.
I want the Feds to posture somewhat similarly. I’ve seen the Feds round up people –many Mexican nationals– and deport [Swift's Meatpacking Processors, Greeley Co and Iowa, Nebraska?] and then supplant with Somalian Muslims whom have then proceeded to sue the employers. They do it a concerted effort, always religious discrimination suits.. even after the Co. made over-generous concessions already.
The Mexican families, some were working for Swift and living peacefully in the area and raising their families for years [years]. Of course, the media stilted and under-reported it all. The lawsuits are some still going through the courts as best I know.
We seem to have lost our common sense somewhere. And nearly our humanity.
