In a sane world it would be pointed out to Roland how incredibly moronic his remarks were. To continue to do so would result in 95% of all citizens understanding that he is a buffoon and to never pay attention to him again.

Hey Roland, here’s a bit of info for ya. Louis Farrakhan and others associated with Elijah Mohammad murdered him because Malcolm had the nerve to ask why all the teenage girls in the flock were pregnant with Elijah’s babies.
Muhammad Ali and others in the Nation of Islam movement publicly called him a traitor. In fact Farrakhan himself was quoted as saying “we’ll deal with Malcolm the way any nation deals with its cowards and liars.”
Gloss it over all you want Roland, but you can’t change the truth. He was murdered by those within the NOI whom he angered.

Freedom fighter? Freedom from what? The freest country in recorded history? However, at least he preached that blacks get off their fat asses and stop mooching for white handouts. Too bad they didn’t listen.
Well, considering the vast majority of my family, until recent years, has been anything other than black, we probably wouldn’t get along. (That, and he worships Satan.)
Remember: they just fired a guy from ESPN for saying “a chink in the armor”, while talking about everybody’s favorite basketball player, that happens to be Asian. I would think that lionizing a vicious, hate monger and terrorist like Malcolm Little (his REAL name), in a sane, fair world, would be seen as rising to the same level.

Precisely. While I’d prefer not to put these ideas in such stark terms sometimes it’s necessary. I hold no animosity towards the blacks but only they can rescue themselves. They don’t, however, seem capable of doing so. More’s the pity.

Even when malcom x made this stupid statement it was on its face an ignorant remark – it ignores that all the black colleges in the USA were started by whites and the students taught by whites – read up on what Thomas Sowell says about this topic. He nails it pretty good.

At least have the courtesy to tell the whole story. While in Mecca, Malcolm had an epiphany and realized that “white devil” nonsense spouted by the Nation of Islam was wrong. When he returned to the US he made that very clear. And he was assassinated for it.
