Feds Sue Mama Moonbat Cindy Sheehan For Not Paying Her Taxes…
Or as Obama would say, “pay your fair share.”
SACRAMENTO, CA (KXTV) - The federal government has filed a lawsuit to force anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan to provide her financial records to the Internal Revenue Service.
An IRS revenue officer said Sheehan refused to answer any questions about her finances after receiving a summons at her Vacaville home.
The U.S. Attorney’s office on Tuesday filed a petition to enforce the IRS summons.
The summons ordered Sheehan to produce bank account statements for the period from August through early November 2011.
According to IRS revenue officer Jose Arteaga, the financial information may be relevant to the collection of Sheehan’s federal income tax liabilities for tax years 2005 and 2006.
Arteaga said Sheehan first met with him on Nov. 22 and sought an extension to Jan. 17. It was during the January meeting that she refused to answer any questions or produce the requested documents.
Sheehan said she’s always been up front with the IRS and has no intention of paying her taxes. She says the government has already taken enough from her.
“If they (federal government), can give me my son back, I’ll pay my taxes, but that’s not going to happen,” Sheehan said.

She may have lost her son due to the Iraq war, but she voluntarily gave up her self respect.
She had lots of ways to protest and there were many avenues of protest open to her. The Media would have given her all the time she wanted to make her case.
Instead, she put her own self respect on the line, and lost in, all in public view.

Casey voluntarily re-enlisted. The way that woman dragged her son’s name through the media and mud disgusts me. God Bless him for his service to our country. The Long Road Home by Martha Radditz is a fantastic book, part of the story is about the battle where Casey was killed. A lot of American families were hurting from that day. Sheehan wasn’t the only mother in pain and she abused her son’s death and memory. Not too many things are much lower than that. I had friends there @War Horse that went through the same ambush. I always appreciate the people that can write in detail about all the things that happened in the war zone while I was stuck here at home following through the media. It is a memorable time for me. Martha does an amazing job of telling the story.

Maybe she didn’t do her taxes because she wasn’t sure of her job title. Surely, there must be a box on the form big enough to write “Cashing in on my son’s heroic sacrifice and dishonoring his memory every time I open my mouth.”

tommytroll – I love your comment. Yes, in O’s administration she qualifies for a cabinet position! My heart breaks for the loss of her son but I also don’t think she made him proud of her after his death in the manner in which she acted.
I agree with all of you who point out that she is the one who brought this madness upon herself. However, that doesn’t mean we should give her the stage to continue descending in to that madness. Yes, there are stronger mothers and fathers who lose sons and daughters in a military battle. She is weak, miserable, and frankly insane.
If we stop feeding the publicity monster, she will hit bottom, penniless, and alone. Only then will she have to face the demons she has unleashed upon herself. Whatever other things she may have done, she at least deserves the peace and quiet she needs to pick herself up again and become a more productive member of society. You never know, she might realize the insanity of what she has done, and help others through their pain. And maybe, just maybe, she’ll finally realize what her son probably would have wanted her to say on his behalf.
