Nutella Mug Cake

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self rising flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Nutella
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a **large coffee mug. Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 – 3 minutes. (Time depends on microwave wattage. Mine took 1 /2 minutes.) Top with whipped cream and a little chocolate sauce if desired.

2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!

The biggest problem with this election is the fact that so many of those that will vote have very little knowledge of the Constitution. So many of those that espouse their religious views seem to forget that the guiding law of this nation is the Constitution. As a veteran I had to take an oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic. This same oath is taken by those that are elected to serve this great nation. Unfortunately so many have no clue as to what the Constitution is about and what the founders had to say about the Constitution. Many of those that serve on the courts in the US have misconceptions of what the Constitution establishes as well as those that are charged with upholding the Constitution. If that weren’t true then we wouldn’t have Wall Street and the Bankers getting away with crimes that would put the ordinary citizen behind bars. Think about that for just a minute! I’ve argued with many people on the internet, mostly those that have huge misconceptions on what is going on in America, and no matter how many facts you present the always resort to name calling or other childish behaviours that they believe make them seem smart. Truth of the matter they just put emphasis on my points. I am a Ron Paul supporter. I have served my country and yet some of those that never served a single day in the military seem to think that by calling me names like “Paulbot, Paultard and Drug User” to name a few, makes them a better and more informed person. I come from the mid-west, a small town where my grandfather was mayor and my great grandfather was a district court judge. I am college educated and have spent most of my life learning about history, sociology, religion and economics. I have a background in Mechanical Engineering and I know how to figure out what makes things work and not work. I noticed that the education that the kids of today receive pales in comparison to the education that I received just by paying attention to what it is that my grandchild is taught. I was taught that critical thinking was just as important to education as Science, Math and English. I like to read from a variety of subject matters and have learned that if something is presented to me that I was unaware of to go out and do the critical analysis of the information available to determine if what I had just been presented was truth or just a bunch of crap. Things like what happened to the USS Liberty, Documents that are available through the Freedom of Information Act on the history of many of the most formative legislation that affects all of us even today. Things like the Northwoods Documents, Bohemian Grove, FEMA, The Patriot Act, Information that is relevent to The New World Order, The Council on Foreign Relations and statements made on the floors of Congress from previous Presidents of the United States. Some of this stuff people say are common among those they call Conspiracy Nuts. When you hear what those in the intelligence community have had to say about what they have personally witnessed and been told by those that hold some of the highest elected offices in government and you have a background that also included a Security Clearance of Top Secret and above, then you begin to wonder why the others around you are not concerned. Well I’ve talked to some of you and read what you post on the internet and I have to say a lot of you are in denial. I could tell you what I know but it wouldn’t have the same affect as if I perked your interest enough to go and check out just one of the items I’ve referenced above. Those of you that would go to war without cause I have one question. How do you propose to pay for it? We’ve all been played by those in positions of power and influence and if you don’t think so then explain to me how those that have committed the biggest theft of wealth in the US are free to continue with their agenda. They control you through fear and you have no idea that they have done this to you. MK Ultra was a government program that dealt in Mind Control. Many of you are subjects of this and have no clue. The only things that you can get reliable research on has just been released by the government but if they had that capacity to do what the reports say they did back in the 60′s just how much more advanced do you think they have become? I don’t consider myself a “Conspiracy Nut” but I did learn during the Viet Nam War that blind faith in your government can be your ultimate downfall. I just would like to see more of you putting a little more thought about our political future and the future of your children and grandchildren into practice when you choose who will be the next leader of our country.

ColdWarVeteran , thank you for reinforcing some gut feelings I’ve had for years . I try to research as much as I possibly can , sometimes the bullshit slingers make it aggravating . So many lairs with no skin in the game yet they set policy . So many fools who back these frauds without a clue . . CFR , TRI LATERAL COMMISSION , NWO , AGENDA 21 , and many more . My time in NAM changed my mind about many things . Everyday I still reflect on that experience and the wonderful ” When Johnny Comes Marching Home” music I heard in Madison , Wis . It’s very apparent where were headed and it ain’t good . As far as obama or any other American politician , their nothing but ticks on an elephant ass when it comes to the big picture . Gullible Americans will always be gullible . What debate ? What winner? . Americans lose again .

While the blacks and Mexicans make babies by the tens of thousands the republicans are going to promote fantasies about abstinence. Republican fantasies about Jesus are going to somehow resolve family issues. Who dictates how families are suppose to be ? The republicans apparently receive a lot of money from religious groups. The republicans are breaking the law by promoting religious ideology. The courts could do a better job of excising this scourge from society. Don’t blame Obama for the attacks on religion because he is not as good as I am on this issues. Some people believe in Jesus fantasies no matter what and don’t care what the law says. Lower fuel price fantasies ? The rich people would take advantage of any alternative fuel to make big money,etc.

Romney is just Ted Kennedy Lite to me … total yacht boy, egomaniac, establishment, unreliable, he’ll do anything to get elected, he’s dying to be Prezidink.

He’s trying to spew forth rhetoric that sounds enticing, but its his second priority, the first is maintaining the house of cards that is his spiritual/mental complex. I can just hear him making plans for the first probe to whatever planet he thinks he’s going to rule in the ‘after life’.

Newt is the only statesman among them, he is the only one I can see who really stands out, he rises to the top in debates because he has the sharpest and most finely tuned perspective and grasp of the issues. Hey!, he’s not a perfect man, but he’s more about taking care of business than bullshitting and panning for the crowd (even us), which sets him apart from “Cheshire” Santorum, and “Opie” Romney. That lack of playing to the cameras is probably, partly what pisses some Conservatives off and makes them call Newt ‘grumpy’, etc.

In fact, I’m sure Newt has a helluva lot better grasp of the magnitude of the potential losses we face, and the depth of the problems we have in DC than we do, and I’m sure he’s every bit as frustrated with the people who are holding back the advancement of the sorely needed change we are trying to bring about, as we are.

Let’s not even talk about the dung beetle.

My building concern is that we are so overladened with information, a good deal of which is misinformation, that we will only be able to see the construct, and we will be swayed by every piece of negative information that comes down the pike, so the circus will keep going on as long as the ringmaster(s) trot the horses out.

I honestly believe Newt is our best hope, but I’m on board with ABO 2012.
