I think Krauthammer is right but several people are insulting him. What do you disagree with?
Let’s get this straight: Ostensibly, this is about burning a book that may have been used to communicate from inside a prison to the outside. That it happened to be a Koran is what infuriated “the street.”
In that context, I think Krauthammer has it right.
The liberal left wants to turn this in to a referendum on why we have troops in that part of the world. That’s a separate issue. They have yet to make a cogent argument as to why these two events should be related in any way.
Krauthammer has written a brilliant on-point opinion piece here. I simply cannot imagine what you have to disagree with unless, of course, you are an Obamabot who thinks America is indeed the Great Satan and at the heart of everything evil in the world. And if that’s the case, fuck off and die because you are a waste of skin.
