I agree with the previous posters who pointed out a nose job, having his lips thinned ( or ‘whitie-fied’ if you will) and his ears lifted. Doing a side by side comparison of a recent pic, you can also see that he had his chin bone shaved.

The extensive plastic surgery might explain the scar that starts on the side of his neck behind his ears and goes over his head to the same place on the other side.

These surgeries are not cheap. Some one with very deep pockets paid for all of this. Follow the money.
