Unless he is speaking of natural gas and clean coal technologies he is a bigger fucking moron then I believed and that is not possible. Problem with electricity is it does not store well or easily. Solar /wind are too intermittent to be relied upon at times of need if we are required to back up every watt of green energy with fossil fuel production what is the point don’t build the green saves billions of dollars pay down debt. So simple even a Democratic Progressive moron can do it.
