I don’t know why they think this picture helps Obama.

Look at him, sitting there alone in the corner, with his golfing clothes on and a windbreaker over them. He was clearly a late arrival. If he had any part in this operation, he’d have been sitting at the head of the table.

All the players, the ones controlling the action, have a seat at the table.

The fact here is: Obama was out playing golf when Panetta gave the order. Obama’s fluffers got sent to go pick him up and bring him to the meeting – so he could take credit for other’s actions.
