These guys commonly ditch their weapons knowing that our guys aren’t allowed to shoot someone who is unarmed – but my bet is that this guy didn’t go through the ditching of his weapon, hiding in a building and then reappearing without it – in his case, the continuity was unbroken; hence, he was fair game.

I wonder how far out the soldiers were, it would be cool to know the distance they were shooting. Nice shot and I hope they shoved some bacon in his mouth for his fellow muslims to find his corpse.
