So the the oBama Administration changed it to a tax under in their arguments to the SCOTUS, where they found it was a tax.

Not withstanding that OBAMA LIED to the American people when he INSISTED IT WAS NOT A TAX.

Now oBama has to explain an outrageous TAX INCREASE on most notably the MIDDLE CLASS.

Good luck with that as the election approaches and the Tea Party re-energizes to make the Republican landslide of 2010 look like a cakewalk.

Assuming this doesn’t get repealed, Liberals will love this until the first year their employer drops all health insurance perks, having found that it is far cheaper to simply leave all of it up to Obamacare.

The only question will be at that point, will they see the folly of their ways? Or will they simply blame “corporate fat-cats” for not taking care of them at the expense of fiscal prudence by the board of directors?
