The mandate went into the Supreme Court as a fine and came out a tax. How is that possible? So everybody in Congress then voted on a lie as they were told it wasn’t a tax. It should be repealed on that basis and put up for a new vote.

So I guess it is invalid. Throw it out.

Today, the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare. But regardless of what the Court said about the constitutionality of the law, Obamacare is bad medicine, it is bad policy, and when I’m President, the bad news of Obamacare will be over.

It was always a liberal pipedream that a 2,700 page, multi-trillion-dollar Federal Government takeover of our health care system actually could address the very serious problems we face with health care. With Obamacare fully installed, government will reach fully half of the economy – that is the recipe for a struggling economy and declining prosperity.

Otherwise, come 2013 the burden on the average American family will increase by TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars more yearly in additional taxes, fees, and regulatory costs directly passed to your family. EPA regulation will triple your power bill. Costs passed along to businesses will raise the price of everything. And now, Obameecare will force you to LOSE YOUR INSURANCE within a couple years, if not months.

This is before hyper-inflation comes, and it will certainly be the result of these taxes and fees. Our economy will crash, and Obamee plans to rise from the ashes of America as our new dictator.

The auto insurance argument is so ridiculous!!!

First of all, automobile insurance is enforced by the State government individually, NOT by the Federal gov’t!! Second, you are only required to have auto insurance IF you own an automobile, but you are not required to buy a vehicle. If you choose to have a car your State will require proof of insurance in order to tag and register the vehicle.
