Ditto! More broadly, (pun intended?) the Left is accepting the ACLU’s redefinition of the 1st Amendment from the traditional freedom of religion to the more narrowly defined freedom of worship. Hence, people are only protected if 100% of the organization is of the same faith. Since “Catholic” schools & hospitals hire non-Catholics, the Left wants the state to regulate them & override their denominational objections. Conversely, the EEOC went to the supreme court suing a Lutheran instution trying to force them to hire non-Lutherans. It’s a pincer-movement, Catch-22 situation. If you hire people outside your religion, the Left considers you secular. If you don’t hire people outside your religion, the Left considers you RACIST!!! & INTOLERANT!!!

Obamacare has 2 religious exemptions that were structured to allow some religions to be exempt from the plan.

Why weren’t Catholics concerns included in the TWO exemption clauses ?
Barry never heard of Catholicism before ?
Was their beliefs a sudden surprise or kept secret ?

This entire problem could have been avoided several different ways and easily solved. So why is it still an issue ?
